Hotel was convenient to sightseeing, Flight 93, Inclined Plane, Flood Museum while we were visiting relatives. Hotel serves the best breakfast with tasty variety and quality. Beds and rooms comfortable and clean and the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful to make our stay wonderful. August 28, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean. staff always nice My only complaint would be that we required a rollout bed for additional guest in our room and it was not set up for us and we had to rearrange the furniture to make it fit in the room. It would have been nice, since it was such a tight fit to either put us in a larger room or have it set up for us. Otherwise, no other complaints. August 27, 2014

By far one of the Best maintained breakfast bars in the Holiday Inn express properties. Food and all cups, forks , etc are always available for the guests. August 25, 2014

The Staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly from the front desk to maintenance to the server in the breakfast room. What it lacked in modernity was made up for by the wonderful service and food. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good selection A group of us were staying here for business. The two staff members were exceptional in regards to customer service and courtesy. (I'm an executive business coach, and I love great customer service.) When our first room was not quite suitable (no 'fridge or microwave), they moved us w/o a moment's fuss or bother. Also, our group had to be out the door for work early. Not only was an early breakfast ready to accommodate us, but with a friendly, cheerful employee providing service. (Neither the words "accommodate" or "friendly" are applicable at some of our other work locations!) The friendliness, cleanliness, and comfort were all admirable, and I would recommend this hotel.
