Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Needs to be better This hotel is a little expensive ! I was disappointed with cleanliness . The elevator was gross and dirty like grease smears all over stainless steel. My bathroom floor had hair on floor . People at front desk were nice and friendly as was breakfast workers. I did not want to touch elevator buttons at all so I took the stairs often October 4, 2015

The staff on the property had a bad attitude from the start. Wish I had stayed at somewhere else for the week I was there. The breakfast wasn't very good, got a boiled egg and it was old and slimy October 2, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Smelly room Our room had a smell in it. We were not sure what the smell was. The room smelled like someone had urinated in it. I don't know how the person cleaning the room didn't smell it. Why was this room even deemed clean is beyond me. There are many choices in Jonesboro. we have stayed at other hotels in the area. this was by far the worst. It is the worst Holiday Inn Express I have stayed in. September 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok hotel - expense didn't match quality This property looks new from the outside. However, the room I stayed in has seen better days. The linens and towels looked thin and old. The bath needed updated fixtures and lighting. Probably, the worst thing about the room was the smell. I could smell mildew in the room. (What you would expect from a room that is just off of the indoor pool deck.) To charge this much for a room, I would think the quality would be a little better. Staff was polite and helpful. Didn't use any of the onsite amenities so I can't comment on the quality of them. Did notice that the rooms and hallways seem a bit older and in need of some updating as compared to other Holiday Inn Express properties that I have stayed at. September 18, 2015
