Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Meets HIE Expectations Nice clean hotel typical of the Holiday Inn Express brand. The rooms are kept clean and updated providing a good value for business travel. I will stay at this Holiday Inn Express again and recommend it for anyone traveling through the area. November 16, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Not my normal experience While my personal room was nice, clean and comfortable there was certain areas that were not what I have come to expect from IHG properties. There small bits of trash in different areas of the hotel, the elevator was covered with marks of graffiti and not well lit. There was only warm water in the shower in the morning when I was getting ready (6:30-7:00am). To top it off I had the room rate change after I made reservations, I have never had that happen before and was not aware that it could happen. Since the room was priced well above others in the area that I checked I would have not expected with a reservation this could or would happen. There was some explanation given about the room rates changed daily based on demand, which is fine, but if I make reservations the reserved price is what I expect to pay, no more. I was not recognized as a Rewards club member either, but that to me is really not a big deal. November 13, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Superior Staff I've spent a significant number of nights here over the past few years and it is consistently one of the best staffed hotels I've stayed at. Staff is always friendly, helpful and customer oriented. The HI property I stayed at in Philadelphia this summer is the only hotel (across several chains brands and price levels) that is a true peer to this hotel in staff quality. The downside is the property is showing wear and age. Some improvements have been made the past few years but it needs updating and new furniture for the physical plant to match the stellar staff here. October 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Consultant We had no phone in our room. When we requested one, no one bought us one. My room mate is legally blinded and needed this phone in case of an emergency. The carpet felt dirty and needed shampooing. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. October 8, 2015
