Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Holiday Inn at Jonesboro AR I do not like to stay at this Holiday Inn it does not seem to be the same quality as other IGH facilities! As you know I'm a priority customer and I have stayed at several properties this one is just not Holiday Inn quality! I only stay there if i can't get a room at the Candlewood Inn when I stay in Jonesboro! March 2, 2015

The staff directed us to a restaurant across the street called The Club ... my husband said the best steak ever and my salmon was out of this world! We commend the friendly and helpful staff. From the time we walked in the door, until we left, this was a nice experience and loved the comfortable beds! My only recommendation would be that maybe the rooms need just a little tweeking on decor'. We will stay again! March 2, 2015

I was quite surprised at the price of this hotel as well as the quality of the property. The rooms were not kept well, not cleaned well, and the overall presentation was poor. February 28, 2015
