Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not a good experience I was very disappointed in my stay at the holiday inn express. Room was not cleaned twice during my 7 night stay. Fitness center was not good. mosquitos inside dining room in the evening were really bad. Won't be back August 18, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst of the Worst This was the absolute worst hotel stay I've had in a few years. Hotel was filthy, there was actually the word "Death" carved into the inside elevator doors. The hallway carpets clearly haven't seen a sweeper in weeks. To top it off, my bed was broken and every time I rolled onto my left side the entire bed tipped over and threatened to dump me off! As if that weren't enough upon entering the bathroom for the first time I noticed a huge, disgusting clump of hair blocking the drain and a used wash cloth hanging on the shower rod!!!! If I ever end up in the Jonesboro area and need to spend the night somewhere, it will be in my vehicle before ever stopping at this establishment again. August 17, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by AC didn't work. Bathroom faucet leaked The room was almost unbearable. Humidity level was higher in the room than outside. Towels and sheets were damp to the touch by late evening and very damp by morning. Mold wasn't seen but in those conditions, it is likely to occur soon. Other than the AC conditions, the room and hotel was typical and I would still consider staying here on our next trip to Jonesboro. August 12, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at Candle suites or other hotel I had stayed at a holiday inn express the night before in little rock and the difference is night and day. This hotel is not well taken care of. They only had one person working front when I got there and had to wait 15 mins to check in. I am a platinum member and wasn't even recognized. I came down later to get my bottle water and the lady was very rude. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER AT ALL. I asked about it and they said it was normal. Which makes me wonder how they clean the sheets. I will never stay at this hotel again and really wish I would have not wasted my points. Take it from me DONT STAY HERE!!!! August 10, 2015
