Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by rude night manager & too expensive for what you get! Jus got.home and I feel.sick.from being in a room that felt wet, they overpriced this hotel!! Not as nice as the other HI EXPRESSES that i have stayed at.. and the night manager was very rude and unprofessional! Thank.goodness there were other choices close by because I would never stay at this particular hotel ever again July 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Notable items about my family's stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Jonesboro on July 18th were the friendliness of the front desk staff and the comfort of our sleep. Even at midnight the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming and made sure that we had settled-in comfortably. Once checked-in, we had a very good nights sleep in part because of the comfortable mattress and pillow. July 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Never Again There was a strong chemical smell when you opened the door to the room. Mildew in the shower. Breakfast has hardly edible - something wrong with eggs - took a long time to replenish food even though there was very few guests. I asked for a late checkout. Was told it was not possible even though they had vacancies. Finally was given an additional 1 hour. Maids walked into our room twice before the normal checkout time and with the "privacy request" card on the door. Finally just left at the normal checkout time. I stay at this brand across the US and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Room rate is high based on the age and condition of the property. Will not stay at this location ever again. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very friendly and accomodating Staff We arrived late and tired and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in getting us into our rooms and settled. One thing that really impressed all of us (we used 3 rooms) was the staff called us a few minutes after we were settled in our rooms to make sure everything was good. I thought that was great!
