Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff and Cleanliness The staff was personable and displayed excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms, lobby, common areas were all kept in a clean and fresh manner. I purposely left hair on the bathroom floor to see if the bathroom was swept and I'd always come back to a hair free room. We had our black lab service dog with us, who sheds heavily, and after it was cleaned, you wouldn't know we brought the dog. May 20, 2016

Also upon check in, there is a bulletin board that welcomes IHG Club members. I haven't seen this anywhere, and it is very neat. The front desk staff was helpful to all of our needs - I forgot my toothbrush and they were able to provide a free one with toothpaste. So helpful. And the breakfast...oh man the breakfast! I was just expecting a regular continental breakfast, but there was this machine where you pushed a button and it makes pancakes automatically for you! That is so neat. I want one for my house. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Misleading Information My intentions were to stay at this location for a 10-day business trip and needed a room with a kitchenette. The website lists under the "Refreshment / Kitchen" section that there are "Pots/Pans/Serving Dishes" which further lead me to think there was a way to prepare my own meals. Still not satisfied, I decided to call the location, and the agent on staff that day that answered the call confirmed that the rooms had kitchenettes, only to find out the hard way this was not the case. Needless to say, I checked out the next day for a location that had what I needed. However, I will not let one bad experience lead me to abandoning the Holiday Inn chain of locations, but whoever that agent was, definitely needs some "coaching". Fortunately for me, there was Candlewood Suites right up the street that had what I needed in a room, had the availability, a lower per nite price, AND was also a member of the IHG string of hotels. Turns out all the Staff were on the NICE List, and I enjoyed my simple stay to have the time to check my List - Twice. Was one - maybe two other guests that had opportuinities to be a solid on the Nice List; shared with them a Nice List Ribbon to help them out. Thank You - Yours in HO HO-ness: Santa Claus May 2, 2016
