Loved the "quiet hours" policy. Just a one night stay but room was very clean, staff very friendly, all the facilities you would expect and in working order. Standard breakfast choices, but free and perfect for our purposes.

We stayed briefly on our travels through Michigan. This hotel was in the process of updating all its beds to new Serta mattresses and were very comfortable. Quiet location and friendly staff. The breakfast area was very busy and was running short on food. The staffer was working hard to keep up with the crowd but I always think it looks like 2 people are needed in these breakfast areas to keep up. We called the same day we stayed and booked with our IHG rewards and it was all taken care of quickly with keys ready at check-in. The pool seemed a bit small but we didn't use it. Got a great nights rest and quick service. That's what we wanted!

Bei einem Hotel mit diesem Standart habe ich einen Kühlschrank und Safe im Zimmer vermisst. An die art der Betten zu machen, in Amerika, werde ich mich wohl nie gwöhnen. Die deutsche art ist besser. Auch, dass die Toiletten soooo niedrig sind ist für ältere Menschen sehr mühsam... Griffe sind zwingend!

We have used this hotel for our visits to Kalamazoo and it has always been very good. This is perfect for families and also very convenient location.

When I arrived there was a mix-up when I thought he room had been paid for. Apparently it was only reserved and not direct billed. Kristine (front desk) did an excellent job at making me feel at ease as we were able to get a credit card auth to secure the room.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn before and returned because of the great service that was provided. The room was comfortable and quiet even though we were right by the elevator. The breakfast provided was impressive. Lots to choose from. We will stay there again.

I was a bit disappointed. I always thought they were a good quality motel. When I entered my room I noticed quite a few anchors from previous pictures that were showing. I take it they replaced some pictures but didn't bother to remove or repair the old anchor holes. When we tried to watch T.V. there was no T.V. guide. The guide only showed the stations available not any of the shows that were on. I called the front desk thinking I was mistaken. But apparently not. My advice. Buy a T.V. guide before you check in or just go somewhere else.

We had poor maid service. One day the room was not finished being cleaned and the next day they did not clean it at all. And when I called to see if some one could please come and clean it they did not have anyone to do it. If we called for towels we woild have to go to the front desk to get them. When I went down the next morning to make sure someone was going to clean the room the staff acted like it was my fault.
