Nice hotel overall. The fan in pool area gettting ready to go out very loud pool was a little dirty. Our room was nice with the exception of the sleeper sofa, when we opened it it was full of potato chip crumbs and not beeen cleaned since last person had stayed there. I would stay again I would just make them come and clean the bed the next time.

The hotel was ok, room was dirty and not cleaned each day as promised, breakfast was nasty - with the eggs, sausage gravy and cinnamon rolls most always empty or cold...."heated" pool was not heated....skip this place unless you are just driving thru town and need a place to sleep and leave in the morning....

The service here was stellar - we showed up late at night, and the incredibly nice front desk agent gave us extra goodie/munchie bags to use in the room, which was /very/ welcome.
However... the room itself was just shabby, and that's unfortunate. The bathroom, for example, had multiple chips in the tub, the toilet seat was visibly old and water-damaged, and the entire room just felt dated.
If the rooms were given a thorough update, this would be a /fantastic/ property.

I stayed here for a week. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was accomodating, cordial and professional. House cleaning was without reproach.

Abby was absolutely wonderful during check in. There was a huge accident on I 94 and many people were very upset. Abby maintained a professional attitude and demeanor and provided outstanding customer service.

Close to highway and significant noise in the room. Property was fine other than that. Had trouble sleeping due to continuous noise through out the night.
Ask for a room as far away from the highway as possible. Breakfast choices were depleted when we arrived and were not replenished. Indifferent staff in the breakfast area. Brought out additional cinnamon rolls but they were still frozen in the center.

I had just 1 night in this hotel, on my way to another stop.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The usual breakfast fare, so nothing to brag about there.
I only have 1 issue. The side door was broken and to fix it a 'magnet' lock was installed and was difficult to open and close the door.
