Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express in general I have come to really enjoy Holiday Inn Express and book them in various cities. I like the desk, the kitchen and the suite atmosphere of the room. Two negatives are the heater/cooler which do not have a temperature gauge and the fact that the hot breakfast options are not always vegetarian friendly. June 20, 2016

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not what was expected After staying at several Holiday Inn Express hotels on this trip, we were very disappointed in our stay here. The room was nice and very clean, but the guests in the room above us had a dog which jumped off the bed, knocked things over, and ran circles around the room until well after 11:30 p.m. , making it impossible for us to sleep. It was reported several times to the front desk staff by phone and in person, but we were disappointed that nothing was done to fix the problem. It's understandable that the hotel staff doesn't always have control over what guests do in their rooms, however a visit to the room to speak with the guests making the noise might have resulted in a better outcome for everyone. Also, we paid extra for the Gas 'n Go package. We received the additional bonus points, but were never offered our $25 gas card. As frequent guests in Holiday Inn Express hotels, we were very disappointed. June 7, 2016
