The staff was pleasant and helpful. This is the only HI Express that served a complimentary evening meal. We didn't take advantage of it the first night, but we did on the second. It was appreciated because we had a big lunch and wanted a light meal. It was spaghetti and garlic bread with tossed salad. Pretty good! Mostly it was the thought that counted.

My stay with you happened after an 550 mile motorcycle ride from Baker City Oregon. After arriving tired and hungry, the staff , all smiles, did their best to make me feel at home, the cookies and apples were a nice touch to curb my hunger. The bed, pillow selection, room environment all had me thinking that this is great value. So, Thanks again! I will be back.

There is nothing better than after a long drive you walk into the Hotel and are greeted by a very friendly professional staff at the front desk. They quickly get all the paper work completed and give you your keys while explaining about the Hot Deluxe breakfast in the morning. They explain about the warm fresh cookies that come out every night.
Our room is always clean and inviting. Very comfortable beds!!
Not sure what more to say except if you want they have a fireplace outside you can sit and visit at. They have a BBQ outside if you want to cook your own steaks or food. Just ask them about it next time..it is awesome..They are very quick when a accident happens in the pool area to get it cleaned up and sanitized again. All in all I say this Hotel is the best place to stay in kalispell..

This was the first time staying at this hotel and it will be the last time. After checking in to the hotel, my husband and I had taken our bags up to our room and were settling in when housekeeping came into our room without even a knock or anything. The lady just said "oh they must have rented this room already" Not even Im sorry for coming right on into your room or anything. I was not pleased one bit. How hard is it for the Front Desk to let the Housekeeping staff know they had rented that room. I felt like we had no privacy. The only reason we stayed was that we had already payed for the room online. Hotel is very overpriced.

A great group of people, the staff very easy to work with. I am recommending this property to everyone I know traveling to Flathead area, well worth the stop!!

I have to stay in Kalispell every two weeks for week..and as much as I don't like being away from my family...the excellent staff and this clean new hotel makes it a lot easier! Would not choose to stay anywhere else!!

Spent a couple nights here with the family. Pretty comfortable rooms, accessibility to Kalispell shopping is excellent, and generally a pleasing hotel. Pool was closed on first night of stay but I gather it needed some extra cleaning after all the activity earlier in the day. Breakfast options gets limited as it gets later in the morning, something the Hotel can work on going forward. Otherwise highly recommended.

I would recommend this property to everyone looking for an at home experience. The staff were all very friendly, and happy. The rooms were beautiful and had everything you would need. Our rest was just like sleeping on a cloud. The food was very tasty and hot, the snacks were an awesome treat. We loved the fact we could swim and use the hot tub 24hrs a day. The staff allowed us to leave our truck there, and drove us to airport, and picked us up. We liked our stay so much we stayed another night when we got back from trip. This place was the best part of my holiday. We will most deffinately be staying there again and will be recommending to everyone we know.
