Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunately - not a good experience this time I have stayed at this hotel prior to this visit and enjoyed it. I very much did not enjoy this visit - mostly due to situations that are hard for a hotel to control. Teen and pre-teen girls participating in a sporting event were allowed to run up and down the hallways for hours without any adult intervention. Additionally, the experience in the breakfast area was like being transported to someone's kitchen. "Guests" were in the breakfast area wearing pajamas, a robe, had bare feet and were overall not attired to be in a public place. A few were close to what would be considered indecent. One child put his hands all over the juice dispensers while his parents watched and said nothing. The next guest to want juice was sure to get a dose of whatever germs were on the child's hands. The breakfast area situation was so unappealing and full of people who had no clue how to behave in public that I elected not to eat at the hotel and went to a restaurant. I have regularly traveled for business and pleasure for over 30 years and this was one of the most unpleasant hotel stays that I have experienced. These problems were due to bad guests but the hotel could set some sort of standards in order to keep the breakfast area sanitary and to give consideration for all guests. I recognize that groups bring in business but allowing the aforementioned behavior alienates other guests who may not return in the future. I, for one, might change my hotel staying strategy to select hotels without free breakfasts that do not cater to undisciplined groups. October 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by good room and good service I like the different choices of pillows, most hotels just have the huge neck cranking pillows. October 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place in north side of Kalispell near shopping I chose the HI Express in Kalispell over the others as I want to be on the north side of town, and they had free transfers to the airport. Otherwise, it's a normal HIExpress, what you expect to get, you get. Check desk was a little slow and my IHG rewards number was hard to find. October 22, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by No wake up call It is hard to catch a plane when your wake u call is not received. I was also not greeted as a platinum member and not asked about the goodies or extra points. I was a guest at the hotels 2 Saturdays in a row, the first stay I was not given the room I reserved. October 20, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express - Kalispell Montana The hotel is always clean and quiet, the beds are comfortable as well are the pillows. The staff were very friendly and provided us a choice of floor for our suite. After we checked in, the staff informed us that there was also a supper for guests @ no cost in the Breakfast area, I don't know of many hotels in Kalispell, Montana that offer supper October 18, 2014
