Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay! The hotel was very nice and very well kept. Very clean. The staff was friendly enough. My family and I were pleased overall with the hotel. The one thing I would recommend is to not stay in room 207. It is right above the lobby entrance. If you are a light sleeper, you will hear, much to your chagrin, the sliding glass doors on the main floor open and close all night long as well as people chatting near the entrance. There was also some other random mechanical sound I could hear, but I can't identify what it is. That said, we would stay there again, just not in room 207. October 27, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best choice in Kanab for comfort and location Comfortable, quiet room, well-located within walking distance to several restaurants in Kanab. Even though we didn't need it, our room was ADA-compliant (only room available at time of reservation and check-in) and was spacious. My only complaint (and this is not unique to this property) is the small vanity in a large bathroom, leaving not much room for 2 people to put toiletry items. Another is small, thin towels. Breakfast was hot and fresh with some variety the 3 mornings we were there. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here if we return to Kanab. October 15, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fine stay This hotel is in the top 5% of HIE's that I have stayed in in the last couple of years. Clean room, clean dining area, clean hotel. Seems to be newly remodeled which helps out for the general appearance. Staff helped out as needed and were friendly. Would definitely stay again. Pillows in my particular room could stand an upgrade... that's the only negative I could come up with. October 11, 2014
