Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION AT THE FRONT DESK! We did not get the room I had reserved. I had called the front desk about a month in advance of our stay to make sure we'd get the handicap room my mother needed for our stay. When we checked in the room was not set up at all for handicap. It was a nicer room set up than the one they ended up getting us into and my mom was very disappointed. They had no notes in their system of me ever calling ahead or any notification that I'd reserved a handicap suite. We did not get a suite. For the amount of money I paid I really expected what I'd called and reserved. Would like to say that the staff was very friendly and they did go out of their way to make sure the lift at the pool was working so that my mom could swim. July 20, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay We chose this place to stay while visiting the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. I was disappointed that there wasn't a small refrigerator in the room as all the other Holiday Inn Express hotels have, I was also surprised to see a tip jar in the breakfast area as well as an envelope in our hotel room to tip the maid service. I have never seen this before in any Holiday Inn Express hotels I have stayed at for many years. Staff was very helpful and they went out of their way to assist you. July 19, 2015
