Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by THIS IS A NICE HOTEL HOTEL IS LOCATED VERY CLOSE TO WESTPORT AND COUNTRY CLUB PLAZA AREAS. LOTS OF SHOPPING ALONG 39TH STREET AS WELL. THERE ARE RESTAURANTS ON SITE AS WELL. THE HOTEL LOOKS VERY NEW. June 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Place to Stay This hotel is very nice and close to K U Medical Center. It was convenient to get around the area. The staff was very accommodating, with all the information we requested. We couldn't use our points for the room we needed, so the price was a little high for a medical rate, especially if you needed to be there for tests or a hospital stay. But other than that, it is a very nice hotel, the staff is very helpful and nice. And we will stay again, for our next medical appointment!! June 26, 2015

The hotel lobby was located on the 2nd floor of a building with the first floor a strip of businesses, fast food, etc. At first we passed it up. Didn't see a sign for the hotel. After finding it, there was no issues with the location. The front desk staff was very friendly. Our room, king suite, was very nice, clean and comfortable. Loved the pillows and the mattress was comfortable. Had a very relaxing/restful night. The pool area did not look very inviting. Disappointed that there was no hot tub. The gym area could also be updated. The elliptical was very rickety. Treadmill was nice. The woman who runs the breakfast made each and every person feel like they were family. She was very organized, kept the breakfast area well-stocked, while making sure everyone had what they needed. She really made our stay enjoyable. Had to ask the front desk for hot water each night since the complimentary coffee/tea area, the hot water was not on. They were very friendly and accommodating! June 24, 2015

The front desk clerks and the breakfast area staff were exceptionally kind and were very courteous. We'll be returning here again when we visit KC. June 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good hotel and excellent staff First time in this hotel and will definitely stay again. The staff were all engaging, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Free internet was a definite plus. Rooms clean and whole property was nice. The ONLY issue we had was we could hear doors slamming in the hall early in the morning. This would not prevent me from staying here again. We thought it was one of the best values in the area and a great location for our needs. June 23, 2015
