Overall the stay was good, but the air conditioner would never get the room cold enough, and was constantly turning on and off. I tried to turn the fan on so that there would be some ambient noise but that didn't work, so I was woken up every time it turned on and off.

Room was quiet to relax and get sleep after the seminars each day. There were good eating places around the property. But only thing I missed was, there was no Christian channels available in the TV.

We stayed in this hotel this past weekend. It was a very clean hotel, I noticed nothing wrong with the cleanliness. The pool area is quite small and there is no hot tub that I saw. There is a fitness room available although I was not able to use it during my stay. We went with another couple who also stayed in a suite. They paid as much as we did and their room did not include a sofa area as ours did. The jacuzzi is not in the room but in the bathroom area instead. You shower in this large jacuzzi which was strange to me as there was no place to set your toiletries while bathing. The bathroom area is also quite small as in a standard bathroom area with an oversized tub. The room also has some pretty poor lighting and was quite dark. The only extra light available was to open the curtains and let everyone in the parking lot have the ability to peer into the room, no thanks. The suite, room 100, that we stayed in has a really noisy air conditioner that kicks on and off with a loud noise that woke me up about every half hour throughout the night. I was not able to get much sleep at all, although the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the ladies working the kitchen area did a splendid job with cleanliness and stocking good options.
**Most Holiday Inn's offer complimentary cookies in the evening, this one did not offer any. I asked the front desk and they laughed and told me that they were all out because the staff ate them all. Very disappointing as guests look forward to such luxuries when staying at Holiday Inn. One of the reasons I stayed at this hotel was for the experience of hot cocoa and cookies before bed.**
My suggestion would be to install a better air conditioning unit that stays on as a fan option or one that starts and stops without the loud noise several times so that guests can leave the next day well rested instead of exhausted. And if you are going to offer complimentary cookies and such be sure to keep them in stock as guests DO look forward to such experiences....its what sets Holiday Inn apart from other hotels in the area.

Since all Holiday Inn Expresses are the same - I like the routine - I know the routine. It makes it easy whenever I stay for business or pleasure.

Maid staff ruined travel bed for granddaughter and we have received absolutely no contact back from the GM for this property. Bathroom was run down and dirty, staff was unfriendly, breakfast are is way too small for hotel.

We always enjoy staying at this hotel in Liberty. The kids always seem to enjoy the pool. I always feel like we have a clean and safe place to stay while here. Like all HI EXPRESS, they could maybe make a change to breakfast options. Seems it has not changed in last 5 years.

Wasn't bad, wasn't great either. Wish there was a hot tub after long day crammed in a car. Breakfast was meh.
