The rooms were really nice, especially the linens and was comfortable to share with my brother for a family event. We upgraded to have a sofa area and it was really pleasant and spacious. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and comfortable beds but very cold room upon check in. Our room was freezing cold when we checked in. It took about three hours for us to get the room to start to warm up and at least feel more comfortable. The rest of our stay was great. I feel like the staff was friendly and made sure we were satisfied. The ladies in the kitchen were helpful and hard working trying to keep up with the breakfast crowd. January 12, 2015

Our room and bathroom were also very clean and the beds were comfortable. No nasty musty smell! The breakfast was good with a lot of options. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good motel I've stayed at this location at least 3x over the past few years and there has been some consistency in the somewhat disinterested service provided by the front desk staff. This past time there were two relatively young individuals who were "enjoying one another's company" rather than focusing on performance of their jobs. They were friendly, but their demeanor lacked the professionalism one would expect in this "service" business. Unlike other HI Express locations, the staff did not recognize my Gold Priority Club member status upon check-in. The stay was good but, as before, I haven't been real excited about the performance of the front desk staff. Although the breakfast bar did not have any meat protein (bacon or sausage) the other food was okay. The most wonderful characteristic of this place was the attitude of the lady working the breakfast bar. She was very nice and exhibited a very caring attitude. She is a "keeper"!!!! January 7, 2015
