Good location, quite (in terms of guests and outside vehicle noise.), stayed on the first floor had lights shining in our windows during the night (try to avoid if possible). Little more expensive then we were hoping but we have stayed before so we knew what we were getting into.

We had the King Suite with the Jacuzzi tub in the room. We were excited about the trip and staying in such a lovely looking room. However, when we got to the room I noticed the floor was damp. Not just by the Jacuzzi tub, but almost the whole room had a damp floor. I don't like complaining to the staff, so we just went with it and bumped the A/C up to get rid of the moisture. Well, the A/C was awful and took ~15 minutes to start running after turning it on. So we just dealt with the damp floor and kept all of our stuff on the tables.
On top of all that, the Jacuzzi tub was clearly outdated. it was missing knobs/dials and the jets wouldn't work. It also took ~45 minutes to drain and was very distracting while trying to watch TV.
On top of all of that, again... the water was scalding hot even on the lowest settings. Normally you have to turn the knob at least 50% to get the water to room temperature. Well, here you merely turn the water on and its already too hot for me to take a shower.
Wait! There's more! This hotel is in an AWFUL location. If you turn right out of the hotel and onto he main road, you can't turn left and are forced to go a mile down the highway to turn around. The other option is to drive through Legends - which was insanely busy when we were there.
Okay there can't be anything else wrong, can there? - Yep! The entire hotel was filled with kids. The wife and I were looking for a fun swimming pool to lounge in, but it was impossible with all of the kids in there all day. On top of that, there were kids running down the halls at 1-2am keeping us and other adult guests up. Part of this is poor parenting, but it is also the hotel's responsibility to enforce their after hours policies.
Overall experience: Poor.

The poor Genreal Manager tried with all her effort to try to service the breakfast room (with a sold out facility) and to perform on the front desk at the same time. She needed her staff to come to work on a very busy weekend with a large crowd.
