Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Hotel, the phone reps are HORRIBLE though! The staff at the hotel is awesome, the hotel is great. Holiday Inn needs to get better phone staff that actually knows what they are doing and can tell the truth! I called and asked for a specific hotel and was told I was book at that hotel...how was I to know it was in a state I've never been too...and once I get to the hotel I thought I booked was not the correct one. VERY Frustrating!!! May 17, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable, inexpensive Staff was friendly, room was relatively cheap, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and the hotel was close to the baseball stadium. Getting into the parking lot was a little strange, it's on the side of a pretty fast-moving highway, but there is a lane to pull off into. It just sneaks up on you when you're coming over the hill, and getting back out onto the highway is a little scary sometimes (when cars come over the hill fast). Great hotel for the price though. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Affordable, nice room. My family enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was nice and clean. We didn't get to enjoy the pool, because there were too many people in it at the time. The only improvement the hotel needs is thicker walls. I could hear every word the people next door said along with their snoring all night. But the beds were comfortable and the room was nice. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Class Reunion Stay in 2012 Issue with Priority Club Platinum # at check-in. Booked room directly with hotel. Front desk clerk helped get issue resolved. Very nice clean like-new room/bathroom. Ice/pop machine not working on our floor. Hot tub not working. Upon check-out, the same front desk clerk who checked us in, unexpectedly helped get our luggage to our vehicle and placed our suitcases in the trunk, all while making pleasant conversation with us. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, Beautful, Rooms, great service. Really enjoyed it. It is literally, RIGHT ON the highway so start watching for it early! Staff was very helpful. We had some car problems and they were tremendous help. Plan to stay there next time we are in the area. January 10, 2013
