Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Repeat visitor I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times due to it's proximity to where I needed to be. The area is not the best (not much to do and is on the outshirts of some sketchy area) but it is safe, clean and comfortable. The manager and staff have consistantly made us feel welcome and taken very good care of my family. I would not hesitate to recommend staying here if you need to be in this are of KC. January 3, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by service was great We were in for a funeral so was a very stressful time and very emotional. Service was great. The only draw back ice machine on third floor broken so had to look for on that was working. Wanted to relax in hot tub but it was out of order. Needed to check out a day early because weather was turning nasty we needed to get n the road as soon after funeral as we could had a four drive ahead of us did not want to get snowed in, gerneral manager was great and very understanding, so that was good not to be charged for extra night. There were 9 of us and we had 3 rooms so it was nice being close together. January 2, 2013

I was in Memphis recently and they have a great cheese omelette they serve.for breakfast. This would be a vast improvement over the eggs they presently serve at this location. December 9, 2012

If all of my stays, however, were as good as this one, I'd not dread traveling like I do. Truly one of the best team of folks I've come across. Allowed me use of their reception area and bought a birthday cake for my birthday which meant alot. I had just went thru a house fire so staff was vert accomondating when I had extra family visit. The Manager, Pamela, answered all our questions and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. One of our members is very picky and even they commented on how nice the place was as we all have our horror stories regarding hotels/motels. I would recommend this property as it is convenient off the freeway. The only drawback is lack of restaurants nearby. November 21, 2012

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by reservations/ room given away Booked 2 suites (2 beds and sofa bed) for 6 guys in February for late arrival after Race for the Chase. Arrived after the race and dinner to find single rooms with sofa (ours had been given away) . We were offered an additional room at no charge which was greatly appreciated but this meant 3 guys had to sleep on the sofa (all being over 6'tall and one at 6'5 not the most comfortable way to spend the night. Not a good experience. Had stayed here the previous year 3 guys) and was very satisfied because of the space of the room, that being the reason for choosing this hotel.
