The facility and staff are excellent. Great place to stay. I booked over the phone on the way to Kearney and the front desk was very helpful. My room was ready for me and the rate was reasonable.

I always stay here when I am in the area, the rooms are nice and enjoy the managers special in the evenings to wind down from work, and the choices are great, and having a good variety of breakfast items

Pros: Staff and amenities were excellent., AC worked great, bed and pillows are very comfortable.
Cons: Elevators are slow and walls are not very sound proof (like most hotels)

Manager did not greet as a P. member, nor did he offer me water or points, All of the other staff are very much on top of their jobs and provide excellent service,.

Driving through on I-80, we know that we will always have a comfortable stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Kearney, NE. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that the crib is already set up in our room when we call in advance. The lobby is quite pleasant and clean, and the rooms are very comfortable. We also enjoy the breakfast area - the food is more than adequate for getting us back on the road. Thank you all so much, especially to Tom who helped set up our reservation on the phone, and even suggested we join the rewards program!
