Once again, great value, comfort, cleanliness and courteous helpful staff. Breakfast was a treat and a plus to an already great stay.

Great experience. I will stay here again without hesitation. Bed was very comfortable, rooms well maintained, and the staff members know what it means to provide great service. They seem to genuinely care about the guests and went above and beyond what I expected. I waited two days for my luggage to be delivered from the airport and the front desk people did everything they could to minimize the inconvenience for me, including calling me when it arrived, and providing complimentary detergent and quarters for the laundry in the meantime.

I had a four day stay at this hotel and overall it was great. The only issue was a power outage in my room at 1:26 in the morning. The cause was not immediately apparent, but the staff worked diligently to find the cause, which was later determined to be a weather-related ussue. I was not the only person that night to be affected, but the staff handled the issues professionally and with good humor.They offered me a differrent room to finish my rest and I took them up on it.
THey also had the foresight to keep glow sticks on hand and they placed them in the stairways and other areas that were affected by the power outage. Great job!
When I checked out, they again apologized for the inconvenience and gave me a couple of choices for them to show their appreciation.
I will stay at this hotel the next time I am in Keene. Thank you all for professionalism and courtesy of your staff.

I have stayed at this hotel monthly for many years now. The rooms are always clean! The entire staff is excellent !!! The breakfast choices are slightly different each month. I have stayed here at Keene with my family as well has for business. The Holiday Inn Express at Keene is HOME AWAY FROM HOME when I travel to this area.

We think this is one of the better values in the Keene area. It is not the newest Holiday Inn Express and is beginning to look a bit long in the tooth. But the staff is pleasant and the hotel is convenient.

We arrived during the time "Sandy" was making itself felt. The manager was very proactive and gave all at the hotel a letter detailing what would happen if power was lost and other information that would be needed. I felt well taken care of.
The staff was one of the best staffs I have encountered in my travels. The entire week was very pleasant.
The rooms were on the small side and staying a week made it kind of cramped but you make do.

We arrived late afternoon and were warmly greeted by the woman at the front desk. We were told that there had been a housekeeping issue and she wanted to be sure our room was ready. She checked via phone and also personally went to find the head housekeeper to be sure it was ready. She did not want us to find and uncleaned room. Fortunately it was ready and very comfortable. We took a dip in the pool and hot tub which was very relaxing. in fact, we had the whole pool and tub to ourselves. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and we had a great dinner. We returned ready for a good night's sleep. The mattress was excellent and it was also very quiet. Breakfast was very varied . The only criticism we had was the seating area was right on top of the food and it was crowded into a small area. This aside, we would definitely recomment this hotel.

Newly renovated, everything in great condition, lobby needing a place to sit, staff awesome, professional, helpful.
Location a bit sketchy, can't just go out for a walk, need a car, but for the money it just can't be beat.

I stayed here on an overnight on my way elsewhere.
The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet.
It had the usual HIE food, but they ran out of a few things, such as fruit and yogurt.
