Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel was nice but Maid slacked a bit While our stay was good for 3 nights, we would have liked to see the beds made nicer and more towels left. 4 people and 3 towels doesn't cut it. We also had to call for more TP as there was no spare roll available. May 17, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Location Category False Room very nice and modern contemporary in the Tower. Appeared new in furnishings and clean fresh scent. Breakfast - free, good has a lot of variety but it was not filled when empty. Fitness Room - ok.... BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL.. towels are not supplied in fitness room. Pool/Waterslide - Never used it - appeared huge and was popular with the kids in hotel. Restaurant options - Ricky's in lot of hotel, a few across and along the street. parking.. is not enough for all guest. self laundry available. No room service. This hotel was shown as Downtown/City Center. If you're not familiar with Kelowna like me... I hope you find my review useful. It's not downtown. I had to drive to downtown as it was not walking distance. There's no Priority Club Gold/Platinum Check-in lane. For a hotel of this size in Kelowna, you'd figure it would. This property had two towers and main floor suites.There was a bus full of guest and while I was in line they kept budging. I made remarks but staff did nothing and said sorry for the wait. It was a loud place to stay. kids were running through the halls until after 11pm. Doors slamming and they were not supervised. I contacted front desk several times, complained and asked to change rooms. The agent apologized and replied that its a full house and no other rooms were vacant that there's nothing they can do about the noise but tell the parents. I later find out from going through a walk in hotel that the dads were drinking beers/booze on the main floor in breakfast area while the kids were off on they're own. The moms who knows. The younger House-keeping girls seem sweet but they are loud when they work. Doors slamming as hey run back and forth from cart to suite trying to finish fast. They do not always clean your room, some days it has to be requested. The elevator is slow.. everyone in the hotel complained. I requested a copy of room change bill prior to check out as it was slipped under door. The lady said I'd receive one at check out with the zero balance. I asked several times for a physical copy of room charges and she kept telling me not its not possibly to do. I asked her why? Then a man came from back and told her, go here print it and give it to her. The staff did not ask me how my stay was upon check-out. So my comments of stay are public on here. I do not recommend this hotel. The value I had paid was high for an express. 45% more than the Holiday Inn listed on PriorityClub.com in Kelowna. May 11, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by executive level I stayed on the executive level for two nights last week. When I sat on the bed I could tell that it was too soft for me to sleep. I called the front desk to ask what they could do and the receptionist informed me there was nothing she could do and that I was in one of the best rooms with the best bed in the hotel. The only resolution was to talk to the manager in the morning. I went to bed, and could not sleep because the mattress was so soft. I called the front desk again and asked if I could have a cot sent up, I was informed the hotel does not have cots and there was nothing they could do. I ended up stripping the sheets, flipping the mattress over and remaking my bed with the mattress upsidedown. This was less than ideal. I mentioned this again to the front desk clerk when I checked out and she didn't offer any resolution or concern. At the end of the day regardless of the ammenities you are selling the customer a bed. I normally stay at another hotel chain that offers beds where you can select the firmness. May 2, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Easter Long Weekend Treat We were in Kelowna for my daughters soccer tournament and the whole team stayed at the hotel. It was great from the moment we checked in, the staff was very polite, the room was very nice (stayed in the tower) loved the comfort of the beds, buffet had lots of choices for everyone hot and cold. The team loved the pool and slide and used it everyday in between games. the rooms were nice and quite were we stayed could barely here anything unlike some hotels were you can here people walking, slamming doors and talking at all hours. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone, will definitely stay there again when passing through April 5, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome place to 'unplug' Everything was great for my stay here. The wifi signal was weak so we were not able to access it. That is why it is awesome to unplug, can't think of a better hotel to do that at. That fact will not stop me from staying here again or recommending this hotel to my family and friends.
