Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Needed a place to stay - quick As we had driven down from Vancouver for the day and stayed a bit longer than planned - the 97C connector was -10C freezing and with a little snow, we thought what the heck lets rather stay overnight. Pulled my IHG app up on the phone did a quick check - found this location real close, booked a night (on points - yeah!) and voila we were in. ( BTW - this phone app really worked well.) On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff memberc- recognized as a loyalty member and in a few minutes we were on our way to a nice room in the tower section. Even got to park the car in the parkade under the building was an added benefit. Breakfast was pretty much the same as with all HI location - although had a few added extras which was nice. ..........and then we were gone!! Good experience - overall. November 17, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NOT IMPRESSED rooms smelled like body odor and cigarette and poor attempt to cover up with industrial strength air freshner. Staff was not familiar with the term Customer Service and was made to feel that guest were not welcomed. November 8, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean rooms the hotel is very clean and good breakfast.The breakfast is the best i have had for a complimentary breakfast .staff is very friendly and help with any questions you have.the bed is not the most comfortable.Good location easy to walk to stores or restaurants.i would recommend and will stay here again. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by TV I find it quite annoying when the desk is pushed into a corner where I can't see the tv while working. I tried moving the desk to another corner but the upper cabinet housing the microwave still blocked the screen. I then tried to lift the tv up on top of the microwave cabinet so it would be visible from anywhere in the room, but couldn't as it's bolted down. How about moving the microwave cabinet to the other side and swapping positions with the tv ?? Clearly the person responsible for decor has never stayed in the room November 4, 2014

The rooms are comfortable, the beds are comfortable and have extra pillows as well., The amenities are great whether you are here on business or leisure and if you have kids they would love the pool and the waterslides as well. The rooms are what I expect from Holiday Inn Express, clean and in good shape. The tower rooms are very new and up to date, while the low-rise section is older - however has been kept in good condition. October 27, 2014

I had to make a last minute change in my booking which added a PET to a business trip, but this did not throw the staff and I was immediately accommodated. October 25, 2014
