Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, fresh and tidy rooms Overall, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express Conference Centre in Kelowna was great. We will book again in the future. However, we also booked at the Holiday Inn Express in Airdrie, AB and we stayed in a bigger room (2 queen beds, hide-a-bed and a mini kitchen and paid $20 less per night than we did in Kelowna. Why is that? Thank you again for your hospitality. Until our next stay - do take care... August 19, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Excellent hotel, home away from home This is a fantastic hotel, updated with more modern amenities for the traveling business man. The room is bright and quite insulated from the outside road noise, and the A/C was perfect as it was 35 degrees Celsius outside during my stay. August 15, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible experience Will never stay there again. Front desk staff unwelcoming and seemed very unpleased to be at work and assisting my needs, August 15, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Place Nice place to stay, what I expect from the Holiday Inn. The only problem is the price. I could stay in much nicer places in other citys for what I paid to stay here. August 14, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good and Clean This place was very comfortable, clean and close to the places I was going. August 13, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and Comfortable Huge corner room in the tower. It has everything you would want - pool, waterslides, laundry area and breakfast included. We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. August 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great service very happy with my stay at this hotel, in a great location, close to shopping and restruants. Close to the lake and swimming. A good central located for other places such as Peachland, etc. The kids liked it here as they went down to the zip line at the lake August 12, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Family Suite? The description of our room as a Family Suite was at best misleading. Arriving at 8 pm with a two year old in tow we discovered that the family suite was essentially a slightly longer room than the standard two queen room - no separate room to put a little one in despite paying a premium over the standard rate. Front desk was unable to move us to anything else because the hotel was full. We would not have stayed here at the rate we payed without a room to close the two year old in - we all went to bed at 9pm - not much fun for the rest of the family. Suite to me and everyone else means a door to close not a quarter wall separating the two queens from the rest of the room and the bathroom. Staff was nice, hotel is clean - but the marketing department is intentionally selling rooms that aren't suites - coincidentally this was the only room listed that didn't have accompanying pictures. What am I going to do at 9pm with a two year old - find another hotel? August 10, 2014
