Hotel was very busy during our stay and staff attended to our needs and kept the place very clean. Room was very comfortable and clean. We faced the main highway but the room was very quiet and had great sleep. September 6, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by comfortable stay My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was very large, very clean and the beds were quite comfortable. We took time to relax in the pool and hot tub and my son certainly enjoyed the waterslides. The hotel offers a hot breakfast and wth plenty of healthy choices. I would certainly stay here again September 4, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfort Great bed. Service was good. Only one problem. While checking in the staff member took a phone call and proceeded to help the caller. Should have put them on hold and finished my check in, I was first. She did finally pass the call to another employee after probably noticing I wasn't impressed. Did find out she was new so maybe it was just lack of experience or training. August 30, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fun pool, nice room, good breakfast, poor service We enjoyed the ammenities at the hotel. The breakfast staff was friendly, but during the rush, I think somewhat short staffed. There were several times the coffee ran out and the orange juice was diluted due to running out. The front desk staff was not very friendly and made us feel as if we were imposing, rather than being welcoming. When asked for an extra towel to accomodate the number of people in our room, it took several hours before we received the towel. At that time we were all done with our showers and had shared a towel. The next day, we were at the pool and had not showered yet when the cleaners came in to make up the room. Upon our return from the pool, the fourth towel was removed again, leaving us with only three and having to share a second time. August 28, 2014
