Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate Facility The Holiday Inn Express in Kendallville, Indiana is a nice place to stay. A very friendly staff is available to accommodate the needs of its guests. The facility was generally clean and our room seemed very clean. The free WIFI was a plus. Our room on the third floor was obviously a smoking room in the past and traces of that musty odor were still in the air. There was a variety of foods in the breakfast area, however, I would have preferred a better selection of coffees. The one choice for regular coffee seemed very weak to me. July 8, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 This was an exceptional visit Although my group,27, had never stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kendallville, all of us vowed to return because the service was beyond belief...Ankit and his staff did everything possible to make our visit the best ever...Our wishes were their commands. They went so far as to go to the store to purchase a product for my group...The hospitality room was beyond belief and they all made us feel at home. You need to make them a part of the Indiana Great Golf program. My group visits twice a year and we want to enjoy the hospitality and kindness again. Once again...What a terrific weekend and what a wonderful experience at the Kendallville Holiday Inn Express...We shall return. June 18, 2014

My compliments to the hotel manager and staff for a great weekend! Out of all my Holiday Inn Express stays, this was the best. They have all been great, but this one stands out from the rest! The manager has put together a great staff and should train other managers/staffs to share her secrets to success! June 10, 2014

Kudos to the management for creating such a wonderful team of employees! This team should be an example for all! All of my Holiday Inn Express stays have been great, but this one is by far the best! Two employees stand out-I believe that one was the manager and the other an evening clerk at the desk-they were key to our great stay, but the whole staff provided an experience that was "home away from home!" Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by as expected have stayed at other HIE and this was about what was expected. I was disappointed in the omelettes as they were over done and dry around the edges. I like to have a window wide open in my room, and this one would only open 6 inches. But overall it really was what you can expect from H I Express. June 9, 2014
