Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Good be a nice place to stay with a little maintenance. Was a very quiet comfortable clean hotel a year ago. Now needs maintenance and refurbishment. AC unit needed replacement shroud, hole in bathroom wall, shower curtain rod was falling out of brackets, grimy chrome fixtures. First room given to us had horrible old smoke smell. Second room smelled like scented oils to mask odors. Didn't notice problems with bathroom until it was too late to ask for a third room........The room was clean, the bed super comfortable, good pillows. Breakfast was great with variety. When told of the issues, staff was apologetic, but by then what can we do? The carpet in the elevator really needs to be cleaned around the edges. Judging from the crooked silver vent stacks sticking out of the roof without benefit of angled connector to keep them plumb, I'd guess they are in need of a qualified maintenance person. Some rooms may still be nice........ours wasn't one of them. July 20, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff Excellent, but property is poor We had all positive interactions with the staff. They were friendly, attentive and helpful. But the overall property is in dire need of an upgrade. Particularly, the dirty worn carpeting and the bedding. The television reception was very poor too. Internet was slow. July 7, 2015
