Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Place To Stay!! I have never in my business or personal experience given a hotel EXCELLENT ratings in all catagories! Kendallville deserves an award for their property...especially their staff. I've never felt so welcome. I was treated like I was the most important person in the hotel. At first I thought maybe it was just me, but I saw them deal with everyone the exact same way. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. AND they did all this while preparing a float for the community anniversary parade!! I'm so impressed with this hotel, I hope I get the chance to stay there again. June 14, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Pool patrons I stayed on a Tuesday night trying to rest a little to go to my mothers funeral the next day but the yelling and screaming and ruckus coming from the indoor pool area kept me awake past 12:30 a.m. Other than that the staff and hotel were very nice. May 13, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A nice quiet place and a friendly face behind the counter. We stayed two nights. Had all the comfort we expected. Got a quick wi-fi response on the third floor. Fresh coffee in the lobby 24 hours with small snacks. Did not use the pool. Flat screen TV a little dark. Very reasonably priced. Nice fresh danish for breakfast. March 30, 2013
