During my short 1-night stay (booked for a week because length of stay initally unknown), I enjoyed the friendliness and cleanliness of the hotel. The staff were very friendly and attentive. One gripe I had was the 24-hour check-out notice to avoid the additional day charge (even though I checked out around final check-out time). At least a half-day charge would have been appreciative. I never set foot in the room when I checked out (I had already loaded my luggage when I left for business at 5am in the morning. I am sure it was prepped and clean.
But overall the stay was as expected for a Holiday Inn Express....wonderful.

The staff at this hotel really makes the stay worth it. Friendly and caring. Customer service has not been this good in a while.

First arrival I had reservations for two kings. checked in at noon and I am a Platinum Elite Memeber.(was not offered extra points or a gift). Checked in and front desk did not ackowledge my status. gave me the rooms.Once in the room I immediately notice that there was no window covering -- that is necessary and the bathroom sink and faucet was not clean. I reported it to the front desk and they told me that it would be remedied.Then the next day I reminded the front desk. They then gave me another room that seemed to still be occupied. Television was still on , food was on the table bathroom was not clean. Had to then go back down to the front desk to report. I had to use the stairs since the elevator was out of oirder for at least two days that i was aware of. Housekeeping was dispatched to clean the room. Overall the service was horrible and the state of the facility was not up to standards. As a Platinum Elite Memeber I have always experienced nothing but the best customer service and experiences in all of my visits.

I work in the oilfield, i spend 3/4 of the year in hotels and i try to stay at holiday inns as much as possible. In the oilfield jobs end early all the time and we dont get 24 hour notice. I cheaked out early(5:30am), unable to give a 24 hour notice because of the job ending early. I was told that i would be charged for that day even tho i told them that i was going to stay at this hotel for the next 3 month but they still would not wave the 24hour policy. My company and i spend tens of thousands of dollar on hotels a year (holiday inns) BUT not at this one!!! Ever again

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. Made you feel welcome and attended to your needs. A rare find! Great breakfast. Super clean. Pretty, new property. Looking forward to my next stay.

The staff was friendly but the building seemed less than desired considering it is new. My room was OK at best. The bathroom was not clean. The bathroom vanity was not finished from construction. There were small holes in the walls. It smelled.
The breakfast is the worst I have ever encountered at any IHG hotel.
I would stay elsewhere...the points are not worth the disappointment.
