Each room should have a mini refrigerator; the room rates should not go up during your stay they should be a consistent price; I am unable to book a room in the future and know the price of the room (per the desk clerk). Breakfast should last longer in the morning
it is nice that tea is offered throught the day but it would be nice to offer coffee also

After an 8 hour drive from NY there is no other place in the Kent area where I want to stay! The Holiday Inn Express offers amazing rates, clean rooms and a fantastic staff. It is always my choice for a great night's sleep.

The breakfast (by the standards of "included with the room" motel breakfast) was fabulous! Nice choices, fresh, tasted very good. It was waaayyyyy above average.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with three friends during the Bridgestone Golf Invitational. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were fantastic and the continental breakfast had the most variety I had ever seen. Complimentary lemon water in the lobby adds a nice touch. My only complaint was the price, but I understand that this was due to the fact that the PGA tournament and the Hall of Fame football game were both scheduled that weekend and within driving distance.

After checking into the hotel and throwing back the covers we noticed the bed was wet. After further review we noticed it appeared to be urine that made the bed wet that we assume came from a previous guest who had stayed in our room. After traveling 17 hours we were exhausted and any problem with our room was the last thing we needed. So, we contacted "Sheila" the night hostess about this situation. She came up and apologized (even though it was not her fault) and changed the bedding herself. She made the whole situation so much better by giving us exemplary service. We felt we were made whole by her service and by how she handled the charges.

I was in the area due to the grave illness of a family member. I made the reservation on-line for one night, but by the time I arrived i had decided to stay for two nights. My room was not available for two nights, so the front desk upgraded me to a different room at no additional cost. I also wanted to add my sister as a guest in the room and they held an extra key for her at the front desk pending her very late arrival. In the morning, a family member in the area invited us to stay with them, so we decided to check out after the first day. Again, no problem. Everyone I dealt with at the front desk was helpful and sympathetic. They even printed out directions from the hotel to the hospital. I highly recommend this hotel.
