Overall the place was very nice. Breakfast was early and on time, the room was clean, the staff was excellent and the location was decent. I say decent because there isnt much around but the Mexican rest in the front which is actually quit good. I would stay here again if I had to be in that area, though as the staff and rooms were perfect. Also they recognized Priority Club members which is nice...but my boss was the "guest of the week" and got the free upgrade and not me! No fair! Oh well...overall great experience.

Hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly and very nice. Stayed one night with baseball team. Teens were able to swim and relax outside on the patio.

We were very disappointed that the room did not come with a refrigerator/microwave. When we asked the desk clerk for one due to diabetic medicine, we were told we could put the medicine in the office to keep it cool. This is not acceptable.
Most competing hotels now provide refrigerator/microwaves in all standard rooms so I guess we will stay elsewhere in the future.

Room was very clean, nice, and relaxing. Staff was very helpful. We are Priority Club members and were upgraded to a King Suite, which was a nice surprise.
Our son attends Kent State, so I am sure we will be staying there again.

Property was very comfortable.
Only problem was my credit card was double billed for another room stay for a guest with a similar last name. Sloppy error.
Called the hotel and supposedly charges are being reversed. Very nice front desk gentlemen called me back and was authorized to have charges reversed.
Lucky I caught the error. . . . .
