The Keystone Holiday Inn Express is in a great location, close to all the places you will want to visit during a vacation to South Dakota. The staff was courteous and quick to assist. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Good location if you want to be near downtown. Awesome staff. Pillows were great, mattress not as much. Wireless basically unusable. Price is VERY high for the accommodations.

We enjoyed our entire stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We liked how close it was to Keystone shops and restaurants. This hotel is very clean and the breakfast was great. This hotel is also very close to Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park. It was only about an hour away from Deadwood and Sturgis.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ahtie Comfortable bed and great service convenient location
Excellent location for the various sites to visit in the Black Hills area.
Probably the best accommodation, although the most costly as well. But if you can afford it it's worth it.

The staff was friendly and very personable when we arrived. The hotel was in a great location! Walking distance to restaurants, shops and even the little general store! I loved this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by lakorsk8! Awesome parking, interesting lobby
Overall this hotel was good considering it is dated. The parking is super and free for guests. Noise level was minimal. Room size good. Completely comfortable furnishings including the bed. Down side is HVAC is blower and noisy. The temperate gauge is either on or off no thermostat controls. Your choices are high med low in both cooling and heating. There are no restaurant guides (lists) in the room. It would have been nice to have something that showed what is available in the area like most of the other properties we stay at. There are complete menu's stuffed into a holder near the lobby desk. The congestion at the front desk due to the narrow hallways made it uncomfortable picking through the menus's while dodging foot traffic. The lobby has great eye appeal and lots of seating but it fills up fast. Breakfast area is tiny and overflow sits in the lobby. They put the pancake maker in the lobby probably to keep the congestion down in the breakfast area. Staff was very friendly and tried to be helpful. Check-in was a breeze.
