Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel is nice, but... Hotel is nice, but the only staff I dealt with was at check-in and I was not very happy with the service I received. The front desk lady was outside smoking when I got there. She waited until she was done with her cigarette before coming in to check me in. I would have been less irritated about that if when I walked by her outside, she had at least let me know she was the front desk person. As it was, I was just stuck in the lobby trying to find a hotel employee. Then once she came inside and started checking me in, she was combative about the ID that I was using to check in with. I have used that particular ID over one hundred times to check-in at various hotels and I believe that this was only time I have had an issue. March 17, 2015

Therefore, most of the staff know me or at least recognize me as a frequent guest. This property is centrally located to my company's clients in the area. My experiences at this property have always been positive, and I expect that will continue as long as there is continuity with the staff. March 1, 2015

Kim graciously picked them up after finishing her shift late that night, so that I wouldn't have to pick them up myself!!! This was a '10' on the customer service indicator. Wow!! February 17, 2015
