This is the most clean and consistent hotel i stay at while travelling. The staff is always great and the property is very clean. They offer a Happy hour now!! Mon - Wed 5-7. Beer Wine and great hot food, what more can you ask for after coming home from work.

I stayed at the hotel to attend a reunion. We had an excellent time. The room was clean, nice, and comfortable.

This is great place to stay. The employess are very customer orientented. They especially take care of Rewards members. I showed up late for check-in and even though the hotel had sold out rooms for the night they still kept mine for me. Clean rooms, nice beds, good breakfast and conveniently located in Kilgore.

Very marginal. Every week there is something missing in the room. ( consecutive weeks now)

No laundry bag
Remote inoperable
No Towels
Laundry not back in the room
Paper Towels not replaced
Bed not made properly - bottom sheet never tight and smooth
Never correct number of waters when I check in
Forget Snack
Good news;
Desk staff makes up for it with constant appologies
The anticipate something wrong and check the room
They do put my luggage in the room
On-site laundry is very good. And the price is right.

The rooms and beds are very nice, clean and fresh. The staff is very helpful. Easy check in and check out.

I'm always impressed at how clean and comfortable the entire hotel always is. The bed is absolutely comfortable but I'm not very fond of the pillows. The mattress pad and sheets are not deep enough to accomodate the width of the mattress and I find myself getting tangled in the sheets throughout the night as they slip away from the mattress. I love Kim at the desk she is always so sweet and goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. She is very helpful and accessible and always gives the ultimate service with a s mile. I always look forward to my stay at Holiday Inn.
