The gentleman at the front desk promised cookies after we returned from supper and he delivered. Check out seamless, breakfast good. Safe, no highway noise. Will stay again if we come this way. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Sub-Par for HI Express I spend plenty of time in IHG brand due to work. This was a tie for the worst experience I've had (the other was a Candlewood in NJ#. Room 111 had dirty bed skirts #looked like black smut marks on both of them), floor wasn't vacuumed, shower had not been cleaned, room smelled of mildew/mold. That said, the bed linen was clean and the tub itself along with the toilet and sink were all clean and I was able to rest as I didn't have any other options for this night. The staff did their best to make it right. Knocked some off the price and gave a few reward points to compensate, but if all the rooms are this lacking, they need to make some progress. HI Express is usually much better than this regarding cleanliness. I know the "grade" of hotel is what it is and the bed quality, etc. is mid-grade, but this was well below the norm. October 28, 2015
