Spending a weekend at this hotel was great. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and well sized, and the variety of breakfast selection was great. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

A Group of us stayed here for a Wedding, & We all were pleased with everything, Especially Breakfast, We were a large group & we all ate together & if something ran out the lady was right there to refill . I would stay there again

I've stayed here for three visits now and each time has been very good. The staff is very nice and continues to put the customer first. The breakfast is one of the best of any HI Express and Trudy gets it out earlier than normal hours which is a big plus. She does a great job.

Arrived to find no electricity in the area. Hours later some electricity to parts of the area except our hotel and one other building. Started looking for other accomodations and spoke with the staff to see when and if electricity would be restored. Not sure hopefully soon. Requested a discount due to no shower, electricity, etc... couldn't even charge my phone. Checking out no refund or discount offered and nearly 48 hours without electricity. Not even a discount for future stays. Never again never never never. Have used holiday in the past but again - nothing to compare to this experience. Camping would have been better due to the expected lack of electricity and I would have brought more need essentials. Probably won't see this review

The prices for these rooms are way higher than other locations. Value becomes lower, after the prices are considered.
Breakfast items could have more variety and changes. It seems I experience the same food whenever I stay in this location.

This was a long term stay for me and all the staff were amazing, especially Trudy at breakfast and Denise the nightshift receptionist. these 2 people made my stay, and the staff I had working for me, most enjoyable. I hope to be back in the summer and certainly hope that my stay is as enjoyable as it was this time.

I am coming to the end of a long job and sadly I will have to leave the Holiday Inn, Kincardine to return at a later date. This property is one of the best Holiday Inn's that I have had the pleasure of staying in. The staff are always there to help you when needed and do so with a big smile on their faces, what more can one ask for during a long term stay.
The morning breakfast girl Trudy is always smiling and along with Denise the nightshift receptionist they make breakfast a pleasure. My stay will end on Thursday 14th March but in the words of a certain Mr Schwartzenager " I'll be back ". Thanks to everyone for making my stay a pleasure.
