Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Unfortunate experience Upon arrival, I was told that I couldn't stay even though I paid in advance in full because I was under 21. The confirmation clearly says that the guest checking in needs to be at least 18. We had to make several phone calls to the manager, who was extremely difficult. Also, be aware that they put a $50 hold on your credit card for almost a week AFTER you leave! I had to call about that too. July 2, 2015

This makes it great for going out to eat and light shopping. Since the local roads and traffic are VERY busy and poorly maintained, being able to stay at a hotel within walking distance is a plus. The front desk staff made my wife and I feel quite welcome, They extended very kind courtesies to ensure that we had the room we booked for and that check-out experience would be easy and painless. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we are in the area again. July 1, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room was filthy The room was not vacuumed thoroughly. It was a suite with a kitchenette, and food crumbs were everywhere. When it came time to pull out the sleeper sofa, the mattress was covered with stains, hair and crumbs. It was disgusting. The staff immediately brought two cots and discounted our bill, which was good, but there's no excuse for having a mattress in that kind of condition in a hotel room. June 25, 2015
