Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Room in poor condition Reserved a "suite" . Carpet was shabby and fraying, my husband walked around in stocking feet and found that carpet was soaking wet in large part of the corner of room. Had to call desk to get a table lamp placed between beds. Nice lady on front desk offered to move us to another room. .We were very tired from travel so did not change rooms. We were told the room had just been painted. One wall painted magenta. Not a restful color. Overall it was the worst experience of all the Holiday Inn Express properties we have stayed at. Nowhere near their usual standards. December 13, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Luggage Cart Nighmare Laggage carts (3) not available on check in or check out over a 15 hour period. Front desk staff points blame on guests with no alternatives offered. Owner stated "not responsible for anything other than quality room". Owner not familiar with Hospitality Promise. Kingman facility did not measure up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Facility was "tired" with dirty carpets and dirty bathrooms. December 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by very over-chlorinated hot tub Tiny hot tub was too small for even 1 adult to stretch out. Even tho some guests had opened outside windows with temperature in the 20's, chlorine fumes irritated my eyes in less than a minute. Athough reported in the evening, no action was taken overnight by staff. We canceled the next three night'sHI Express reservations along a planned cross country route after this stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by overnight with pet First floor room with a dog was a problem, right next to the side entrance, dog kept waking up and growling, otherwise, there were no issues. It would have been nice to be asked if we wanted to be close to an outside entrance when traveling with a pet. Very nice gentleman at the desk during check in and check out. November 11, 2014
