Excellent experience staying here. My husband only wants to stay at Holiday Inn Express when we travel. We recently went from home/Virginia to Kansas and on to California, and back to Virginia, and he only looked for Holiday Inn Express while traveling to stop at the end of each day. If in Kingman, please stop in, your will not be disappointed.

The front desk staff is friendly, helpful and above all professional. The rooms are nicely acquainted, clean and comfortable. The rooms have black out blinds and the beds are extremely comfortable which makes it extremely easy to get a good nights sleep.

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express in Kingman AZ because the staff are friendly, they smile and greet you with genuine kindness. The hotel is clean inside and out.
The breakfast offers a variety of foods for everyone including someone who doesn't eat meat (me).
The maid service was attentive and great too.
An extra bonus at the Kingman Holiday Inn Express is the indoor pool. You can swim no matter what the weather.
Overall, I enjoy the Holiday Inn Express chain of hotels for the service and the extra's I get for the money I pay.

After staying there 1 week prior, as I was leaving, I made a reservation for the same room(133) for Nov. 3. Room 133 is very convenient for taking the dog out side for walk, business, etc., walk out the door, without going up and down the halls, etc. I always ask for 133. The desk person said I was all set for room 133 when I returned. When I did return, I was surprised to find out that I was assigned to the 2nd floor, I asked what happened to my reservation???? The young could tell I was quite miffed to say the least! I told her this was unacceptable and she changed my room to 233. Nice room but second floor! From now on, if Amtrac is staying at this hotel, I'll go elsewhere!
