The front staff and cleaning crew were great. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needed to be changes out bad. The breakfast buffet food was horrible. Runny eggs, hard bread and over ripe bananas. I had to take my 4 kids to breakfast elsewhere. Unfortunate.

Recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Kingman, AZ on the way and returning from business in November. Both stays were excellent for myself and my wife and pets. The second stay, they were not able to give me the room I asked for but provided me with a room just as convenient and as nice as the one I usually get. These people go out of their way to please and that's what customer service is all about. I highly recommend this establishment and will stay there in the future. Very friendly staff. Thank you!

I was very happy with everything. Yet, I felt our floor was missed with the morning newspaper. The paper was distributed on the first floor, but not on the second floor.
I also felt the building was beginning to look tired.

I made phone reservations for Twin Falls, ID for 10/28/13 & for
Kingman, AZ for 10/29/13 on the 800 number for Holiday Inn Express. Upon arrival in Kingman, AZ I found
out the reservation they had was for 10/28/13. They were able to give us a room in Kingman, AZ. The desk clerk gave me an 800 number to call to see about getting the room charge for 10/28/13 removed because of the wrong ck in date. I was to be contacted the following day, I'm still waiting for that call as of today11/2/2013. As of right now, I will stay with Holiday Inn in the future. Customer service is very poor when it comes to taking care of a problem & making an effort to correct it or at the least to
make an adjustment on the customer's account.

The staff were super helpful, always with a smile. The room / the whole hotel was clean and welcoming. A novel idea while we were there was the Manager's Welcome from 5 - 7. Hotel guests could relax in the Great Room with a complimentary glass of wine / beer or soda. At the end of a long drive it was an unexpected treat to sit and just relax .

This is the second time we have stayed in this Holiday Inn Express and both times everything was great. I love the pool and spa, very attractive and enticing.
