Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not arriving too late !! When we arrived late at Holiday Inn at Kingman they had not good rooms left. We saw on the next day morning still nice rooms, but as I mention you have to check in early, otherwise no upgrate will given even if you are a Platinum member. The old Airconditions need a change, with that noices nobody can sleep well. I also still missing our Welcome Bonus Points. April 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great location - wonderful front desk staff The front desk staff was helpful and courteous - no problems there but I just finished a long road trip and stayed at several HIEs along the way and this HIE was the most expensive of the hotels yet it looked worn and in need of a freshing up; maybe just some paint would help? The other thing was it didn't seem as clean as I had come to expect from HIE. For example, in the shower was a bar of soap from the previous occupant which was melted into the shower tiles. How could this shower have been cleaned and miss something like that? April 25, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by descent hotel, being renovated We chose this hotel based on location on a trip out west. It was sufficient for that. I felt that it was decently cleaned. The decor was very outdated, but on the upside there were renovations going on during our stay, so maybe this will soon be improved. We were upgraded to a suite (which were very grateful for with traveling with kids). Room was really spacious, but literally the only thing you could see out the window was the side of the roof of the adjoining pool building. A significant gap under the door allowed the bright hallway lights to shine in through the night (which was a simple fix with a towel - and again maybe something the renovations will help). The construction crew was very respectful at breakfast to not intrude on the guests. I would chose this hotel again because I like this brand, but hope that the renos make some improvements. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Do. Not. Accept. Room 130 This location is undergoing renovation. That is not to say, you should not stay here. But...do not accept room 130, you will not get any sleep. There is a compressor that cycles regularly, and we found out about it at 2am. the noise is horrendous. After bringing it to the attention of the night desk staff, we were given the key to another room at the other end of the hotel. We did get some sleep after moving down there, but the night was pretty much a write-off. The upper manager did authorize a full refund on the cost of the room, but our point is that the room should never have been rented. April 22, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Platimum Traveler This property has recently been remodeled and upgraded. you can clearly smell fresh paint and see the remnant of construction upon entering the property. It appears to still in the construction phase. I was there one night on business. While in my room I began feeling a little itchy. when I woke the next morning to shower I noticed I had a rash all over my chest and stomach area with little red specks. When I checked out I told the front desk receptionist . All she said is that she would have it checked out but she hoped that would not stop me from writing a positive review. April 19, 2015
