I always drop the TV control unit in the plastic ice bag and tie it to avoid contact. We all know the this item is one of the dirties sites in a hotel room! You could either cover it in plastic or disinfect it with a label stating so.
Otherwise, it was an excellent experience, keep up the good work!!

avoid the breakfast, clearly they dont care about what customers eat. beds are old, hard. rooms are spacious. service is great.

I was driving back from Christmas vacation and stopped at your Hotel Jan 1, 2016. My husband is currently deployed and had called us via skype to talk to myself and our 2 young boys. We were excited, but it was short lived. Because the internet at your hotel is not good at all. We were not able to talk to him. Then after we went to bed that night, after a long drive, the fire alarms were going off. I called the front desk and inquired and the lady at the front desk did nothing but laugh. I felt that was uncalled for and showed a lack of care for the customers. My kids and myself enjoy staying with your chain of hotels, but this stay was horrible.
