Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great place to stay I made an on-line reservation that ended up showing for the wrong day. I called the hotel immediately and Kurt changed the date with no hassle. The hotel was decorated for Christmas, inside and out. We were surprised at how much effort (and cost) they put into decorating the lobby and breakfast area. It was so nice, that a family was celebrating Christmas next to the fireplace and Christmas trees in the lobby. Well done on the decorations. While I found the bed a little too firm, the rest of the room was great. There was plenty of room in the King suite, and it had a divided room with two TVs and a fridge. Everything was very nice. We would stay at this hotel again. December 17, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Attention to details This is a large hotel situated far from everything. The lobby and breakfast room overly decorated, especially at Xmas. When it came time for breakfast the next morning, tea selection empty, as well as other slots where product should have been. The cutlery is in plastic film!!! I have traveled this hotel chain before but never had to tear open plastic to get to the inadequate forks etc. The hotel employee looking after the bkfst rm was largely absent. I don't think I will be back to this location. In other words, attention to detail, in all the wrong places. December 7, 2014

The staff and/or manager certainly do an outstanding job decorating their hotel, both inside and out. Everyone I've interacted with at this hotel has been very kind, courteous and professional! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff. Clean. Efficient checkin/checkout. Pros: Have stayed at this chain previously, and would do so again. Everything was clean and well-maintained within the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. Had a minor issue, but they quickly resolved it. Cons: Some exterior door locks were not working as a result of the colder temperatures (40F-ish). All lamps in the suite were unplugged, but it only took a few moments to remedy. Key cards did not work correctly, but this happens from time to time, and the staff were quick to reassign new cards for the room. December 5, 2014
