Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Everything you really need to make it easy A nice hotel, well maintained, clean and easily accessible. Front desk was expecting us and check-in was easy. The rooms are quiet and comfortable, my number 1 priority. The included breakfast started our day off well and the attendant was cheerfull, efficient and helpfull. Parking was free as well as WiFi. Couldn't ask for more for this stay. December 12, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A great place to rest while travelling My son and I were headed to Ottawa to tour the university and decided to break our trip for the night at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Kingston. It was a good decision. Clean rooms / Attentive staff. The breakfast was plentiful and the area spotless - Eggs were cold but this was a minor issue. December 3, 2014

Free Wifi and Free Breakfast added bonus when traveling with a boy`s hockey team. The staff of the breakfast area were very friendly and polite. Within walking distance to movie theater, drug store and restaurants. Great location. December 3, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good room, inadequate parking The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Premises were attractive, and breakfast was good. My one complaint was that, arriving at 10 PM, the entire parking lot was full, because of a "function." There was no parking left for guests. I was told to park across the street in a shopping plaza parking lot for the night. I was very uncomfortable with this, and the night clerk did nothing to allay my worries. The next morning when I spoke to the clerk on duty, she said that the shopping plaza is aware of, and ok with the hotel needing parking spaces from at times. If some-one had told me that the night before, it would have helped somewhat, but they didn't, even when I expressed my worries. December 2, 2014
