Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasant stay from start to finish Had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Kingston. It started with a pleasant greeting from the Front Desk gentleman, quick and easy check in and we were in the room within 10mins. The room was cozy and spacious, couch was pretty comfortable and everything was clean and tidy (I do a walkaround when getting into the room). To be honest the room looked just like the photo online, I was pleased it was what we had been expecting. The bed was super comfy and my daughter seemed pretty satisfied with the pullout bed. The location was great and with the free and ample parking we took advantage of it and headed out a few times. My only disappointment was the pool, it was way too cold for me to get in, only my daughter was brave enough to swim... disappointed but it wasn't a deal breaker at all, the rest of the stay was fabulous. We ended our stay with a yummy breakfast, there was something for all of us to have and the quality, even for Continental breakfast, was pretty good. Very happy with my stay and would easily stay at another Holiday Inn (and Suites) again! March 25, 2015

Felt pretty safe, however, door to elevators from the parking lot was not locked by room key. Overall, a good hotel, but it needs a bit of sprucing. March 23, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Sleepless night I am writing this at 4 in the morning not because I want to but because of the TV that has been blaring in room 203 for the past hour or so. The night clerk called the room, but got no answer. I visited the front desk, and he said he would knock on the door. He said he knocked on the door of the room 5 minutes later and nobody answered. I called him back, and he said he would call the room again, and I think I can hear the phone ringing there as I write this. It has made no difference. I asked him if you have earplugs, and he said no. BTW, the night clerk said also that he could hear no noise from the hallway, and that may be true but I can hear it loud and clear unfortunately in my room. I come to you hotel a few times a year and like the location and service and rooms. This has been my worst night. Can you please get back to me to let me know how you generally handle such noise complaints, and what your policies are. March 22, 2015
