General Manager or Owner to be more visible to Customers.
When I use to stay several times for business at Montreal Holiday Inn, the Owner came and met me and we had a dinner together and discuss the Improvement including VIP Customer and other customers. Also in USA one of the Holiday Inn put me in New Experimental Room Know as Green Room and give them my view points and comments and improvements which I did, and they send a Thank You Letter

We enjoyed our stay here and the only disadvantage was that we had to drive to downtown Kingston. Parking and breakfast is included, which is a bonus.
