Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Two days and one night I really had no big issues with the hotel's staff, cleanliness of the common areas, nor the services and facilities. The hotel was in a great location and the staff was very considerate and even upgraded my room from 1 King bed to two Queen beds. I did ask for a rollout bed for my 7-year old daughter when I made the reservation and during check-in, but the staff did not have one available, thus why I was upgraded to the two Queen size beds. No real complaints there. The location of the hotel fit my needs as it was close to dining establishments, shopping areas, and down the road from the funeral home that I needed to visit. My wife and I drove 5 hours from Central Texas and the hotel met our needs remarkably. The only issue I really had was learning how to use the shower. I had to ask the staff how it functioned. I wish I would have known that beforehand to showering. It was a minor inconvenience. I also don't think the vent fan in the bathroom worked. I did not hear it come one at all. Overall, I slept well, the Internet was okay not great, and the room temp was cool, and the room was very clean. April 19, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very bad I stay at ihg hotels 4 out of 7 days a week for 5-6 months every year for business. This was the rudest worst check in I have ever had!!! I was very early in arriving and fully understood that no room was ready but the front desk made NO effort to try to get me a room. I asked at 11:30 if they could expedite a room was told no. Went back at 1:30 was still no. Went back at 2:30 was still told no! Normal check in is 3:00 and they made me wait till almost 4:00. And then gave me the loudest worst room right in the lobby practically. Had this been my 1st ihg experience I would not be a platinum member and would probably not stay at ihg hotels at all!! Ono Saturday the maids came in cleaned the room took all the towels and soap and never replenished anything so after working 12 hours I had to wait till.someone could find me what I needed to shower. Very very unprofessional. This hotel services an area close to a military base and I believe the staff should be trained on customer service April 12, 2016

I was worried about my vehicle and asked the front desk gentleman if I could move my car and he allowed me to park my car under the canopy in the front of the hotel. That was a great gesture. He didn't have to do this. That is great service. He met my needs so I could sleep with ease. March 30, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Happy Hour I was disappointed that I was not advised by any staff member that there was a Happy Hour one or two of the mid-week days I was there that included heavy hors d'oeurvres. I would return to my room by the side door that was nearest to my room, after a long work day every evening, usually hungry/thirsty and needing to unwind. One evening I smelled cooking aroma and asked the next day and was than informed. It would have been nice to know(: March 14, 2016
