Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Friendly Staff - great pillows and breakfast on point Clean and appealing curb presence. On arrival staff very friendly - easy check in and presentation of internet code. Room very clean and up to date furnishings Connection to internet very easy and tv provided plenty of viewing options. The Bed is very comfortable and was surprised at the quality of the pillows. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options from cold to hot. The staff provided a tray as we wanted to eat in our room. Check out was easy as the bill was under the door in the morning Will visit again March 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by What you Expect I have to admit, we checked in, fell asleep, and left. It was everything we want from a HIE. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was disappointed that the front desk staff did not welcome me as a Reward Club member and did not offer me extra points or a snack. Overall, I would encourage HIE to consider extending breakfast hours on the weekends. We slept until 9 and therefore missed breakfast. It would be nice if it lasted until 10 on weekends. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good Deal I was in town on business. Most every place else was booked solid. Holiday Inn Express had room, its in the business district, plenty of food places, a movie theater next door, right next to all the major roads. This was a great find ! March 23, 2015
