Interesting visit. Our room was not marked with a room number, so hard to find. The person who checked us in listed us as no shows, so we had to insist on paying when we tried to check out. The room was across from the elevator and there was a noisy crowd in the hotel, so it was difficult to sleep. Whatever they use to clean the rooms leaves a very strong odor.

I use this hotel once a month for business. I call in advance to make a reservation and without hesitation they inform me that there is no rooms available. But what they don't know is that I have my iPad out and it clearly shows that there are multiple rooms to choose from. Why??? Otherwise this is the best hotel to stay at in town.

The room was barely adequit and I feel I was overcharged for the room that was called a Kitchenett. A sink in the sitting area does not make a Kitchenett. I was charged almost triple compared to a hotel across the street. I would only stay at a Holliday Inn express again if you were to compensate me the room.

The motel was fine and the staff was excellent.
I do think it was grossly overpriced for the location. The room rate compares with bigger cities like Kansas City and Omaha.
I enjoyed my stay but I doubt I will ever return because of price

Very nice place,Quite,Close to Truman,Staff was very friendly . Breakfast was full of choices. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Exceptional staff eager to help made this a better than usual stay. Rooms were comfortable, with plenty of space and quiet. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us -- answer questions and even check to make sure the drug store was still open to meet our needs.
