Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great experience From the first moment I entered the hotel, I was impressed. Very clean lobby, and very friendly front desk. After being upgraded to a suite, I was amazed at how clean the hallways, and surrounding area was. The room was one of the best I have been in. Everything needed was there, and in a like new condition. To the manager and all the staff, 10's all around. As a final thought, the free breakfast was terrific. I would recommend this motel to everyone visiting the area. December 18, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Going to Disney The location was good and the staff was great. The room was dated the rug was ripped and the room was very noise's. It sounded like there were Elephants staying up above us. And you could hear every flush of the toilet up stairs, it sounded like a bomb going off. One of the elevators was a bit scary, and it was not just me because other guests had said the same thing. The breakfast area was clean and well attended by friendly staff. But the eggs tasted funny so I had cereal, the coffee was good. I would stay here again but it would be a second or third choice, if I could find another place in the area for the same money I would try it. But you never know until you stay, if it is better or worse December 18, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Manager on Duty The head manager on duty was rude and could not resolve the hotel wide problem when the cable went out for more than 7 hours; he provided several conflicting statements to guests about the cable, which for some reason or not lost reception on a daily basic. After talking to other service agents it was discovered that all we had to do was unplug the cable and re-plug it. The other staff members were outstanding. Hotel needs to sound proof the walls...can hear people in next room, outside hallway, coming up the stairs from room 400. December 17, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Too noisy There was a youth football team staying at the hotel and they slammed doors over and over and played in the halls between their rooms. It would be one thing if management kept them in check and asked them to be quiet but that did not happen. Normal conversation could even be heard from the adjoining rooms. The food was average as were the furnishings. It was a clean hotel and the grounds were nice. December 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Horrible bed, internet and no recognition for IHG Rewards From the outside the hotel looks very well maintained and inviting. Upon entry it was also clean and well maintained. This is an older Holiday Inn Express in need of some modernizing to meet up with its other newer counterparts. It has its charm in the public areas. The guest room was very clean kudos on that. However the room is very, very dated. It is in need of a major modernization.. It has its charm but the furniture has seen its better days. The bed was like sleeping on the floor, concrete slab basically and the pillows were so lumpy, that i had gotten the WORST night of sleep. I stay in hotels almost 100 nights a year and this was the worst sleep quality. I am glad that I only had to stay one night. I had stayed once before and thought I would give it a second chance. Well I can say not again. No bonus points for the IHG Platinum status... no good... I hope IHG takes a serious look at this property. December 12, 2014
