We really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express. Convenient to the Disney parks and the room was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Was always happy with this location in the past
But, This time Room 324 was very lacking..
Room 324 needs a new mattress ..
The springs are coming thru the left side
very uncomfortable trying to sleep..
Had an early flight did not have time
to switch rooms late at night.

Holiday Inn Express is the best choice for cost-benefit for both leisure or business trip. You may find everything you may need, free internet connection, great service, clean and comfortable room, included breakfast, and all amenities you may need for making a stay totally comfortable.

I lost an Item and never have an answer back, as for a concrete answer of what happend with it. They were no investigation, no real and honest answer of what it was my next step towards managing my lost. The management didn't treat me as one of their prefer customers since I been staying with the Holiday Inn since 2009 and I never have a bad experience until this one. I think customer service was really bad, for the exception of really good cleaning crue, I really won't go back!

Our family stayed there for a week. The room was clean and the food was good. The only downside was their wifi connection. Signal strength was good, but was not able to access the internet the entire week.

The staff of this hotel was great. The rooms were in need of an update. The hallways were HOT HOT HOT. Breakfast was good. The Value was OK. A Lot of construction workers staying at this hotel. The attention to detail was not there.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a Kids Suite that was perfect for our stay. The hotel was close to Sea World, Medieval Times and all Disney attractions. The staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!

I have been at this hotel since early January. The front desk people are the best around. I stay there every week from Monday thru Friday unless on vacation or something like that. I have had the same room every week, unless I use my club points. Overall all is good.

I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and its the second time in a year ( we don't live in the states) we had a very comfortable stay and when we go back to Orlando there is no doubt that we will be staying there. It's home away from home.
