Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Awesome service ! Super comfortable bed ! I was happy to find that there was a Holiday Inn Express so close to the airport at Klamath Falls, Oregon. From making the reservation with Heather @ front desk , to the housekeeping staff , this was the BEST Holiday Inn Express , I've had the pleasure to stay at ! Very comfortable rooms with great beds and large TV's ! My stay was 22 nights long and I enjoyed every night, no noise , ever ! I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back ! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Pleasantly surprised This was our first stay at this location and we were pleasantly surprised at the level of satisfaction that we experienced. The rooms were clean, inviting and up to date. Melissa in the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful. She made sure that everyone was taken care of and satisfied with their meal. I can't say enough nice things about her!! If I were to say anything negative, it would be that the parking is a little tight as is is shared with he adjacent hotel. Overall and excellent experience. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Damp carpet ruined my stay To be fair, I was only in the hotel for one night, arrived at 5:30pm and needed to be at dinner at 6:15pm so I was in a little bit of a hurry when I unloaded my bags. But, I noticed the carpet was damp and assumed it was just due to being cleaned. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they confirmed that it had been cleaned and apologized. They didn't offer to move me, so I assumed the hotel was booked. When I got back to my room after dinner I realized that the carpet was affirmatively damp all over, to the point that I didn't feel comfortable walking in socks on the carpet. By this time, however, it was 8:30pm and I didn't have the energy or desire to inquire about whether the hotel was indeed full. Unfortunately, when I notified the front desk about the fact that the carpet never did dry, she seemed unconcerned and said, "I'll put 5,000 points on your account." This completely ignores the issue of whether I will stay with them again - and I have to say it's the last time I will stay in a Holiday Inn. September 21, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Ok stay but congested parking This hotel is away from the historical part of K Falls. It shares a parking lot with a hotel next door and the Sizzler. This made it difficult to find a parking spot. Because we were afraid of losing our spot, we opted to walk 4 blocks to dinner. We didn't feel like a steak. There are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance unless you like fast food. The room is comfortable and we like the choices for pillows. The breakfast gets monotonous when you are hotel hopping to HIE every day, but it is better than trying to find a restaurant. September 20, 2015
