We arrived very late Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Front desk staff was friendly and courteous. Upon getting to our room the remote didn't work to change channels only volume. Front desk staff brought one right up and then it didn't work on the volume. We didn't call until the next morning. When we called they brought another remote that only worked on volume and both remotes had to be held at the perfect angle. The staff was very helpful and we just used two remotes. The noise level was really bad outside the hotel, sirens four or five times during the night and LOTS of traffic. It is right on a very busy street. There is VERY limited parking. Both night we parked in the neighboring restaurant's lot. The breakfast selection was good, but attendants were unable to keep the food stocked. Lines were LONG as one staff person was trying to keep the area clean and keep food stocked. The second morning there was no breakfast meat, biscuits, or eggs. For the area it was a decent stay, but not the best ever. If our preferred hotel is sold out we would stay here again, but it is not our preferred for Klamath Falls.

I've stayed at this location before and as expected the people at the front desk and other employees around the property are helpful and do their best to make you happy. We stayed over a holiday weekend this time and must say we were disappointed with the breakfast; not the quality but the quantity as on both mornings their was little or none of the hot items left and we were there well before the close of the service. There was also an issue with seating as again tables were very hard to come by. Guess one might think they were sold out however if that was the case they should of prepared for more breakfast guests. On Sunday there was also an issue as there was only one employee doing her best to keep up however it wasn't possible.

Stopped here for one night on the way from Washington state to California. As is usually the case with Holiday Inn, the accommodations were nice, the beds comfortable. Since I get the senior rate (or the military rate, whichever is less), I consider it a good value. If I had to pay the full rack rate, maybe not so much. The only shortcoming that I noted at this property was the small parking area. Not a deal-breaker, though.
