Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed the visit In view of my high ratings, I'm probably an easy rater; however, I would definitely let you know if I thought any of the employees had not measured up to my expectations. In other words, all went well with the visit and I (or my wife) did not have any complaints or concerns. I have one minor issue for your future planning. It would be convenient if you have a low wattage bulb installed in the bathroom to be used as a night light. I guess I could travel with one, but I suspect that others also leave the high wattage bathroom light on during the night. My point is that it would be helpful to guests as well as save energy costs for you.. December 16, 2014

Sharon, on the front desk, always makes my making reservations quick and easy and puts me in the room I like. This hotel is very quiet and relaxing and also very clean. The young lady that works the breakfast bar area always has a smile even though it is early. December 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by New, spacious We were very pleased to find that this hotel was new and had very modern, clean, fresh décor. The room was spacious and very clean with a tightly made bed. The bathroom was also large with a shelf below the countertop to store things out of the way. The pool was also a wonderful surprise. It was very warm and had salt water...very relaxing. There was a nice breakfast with hot foods and good coffee. We checked in late after a long and tedious drive and the desk clerk was helpful and attentive finding us a good pizza delivery. He explained things well and was sure to let us know about the salt water pool. The room charge was reasonable for the quality we received here. We highly recommend this hotel! December 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent one night stay! I was transiting from Ann Arbor Michigan to Atlanta. I decided to not attempt the full drive and as a result stayed at this South Knoxville TN location. They happily accommodated my request for a King on the ground floor. In fact they put me at the end of the hallway. Perfect for no noise and accessibility! The Hotel and room were spotlessley clean! The bathroom was immaculate! The environmental controls in the room were perfect! I got a wonderful night's sleep and enjoyed a basic Holiday Inn Express breakfast the next morning. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming! Due to work requirements, I have had to stay on the road well over 3,000 nights between 1991 and 2009. And most recently, averaging 20 nights per year for pleasure. I would definitely stay at this location again!! Thanks for a nice stay and well-done! December 2, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable, clean This was our second stay at this HI Express location. Room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast choicses were great. As platinum members, we were upgraded from the king room that we booked to a suite, and while we appreciated the upgrade, we we're put in a room with two queens. We'd rather have kept the regular king room and been able to sleep more comfortably. It was also a little disappointing that our platinum status was not acknowledged at check in or check out. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable. Great value! This was a return stay for us. We have stayed here twice in the past. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Did not experience excessive noise in the room from the hallways and none from the outside. Staff was friendly and courteous. Definitely would stay again. November 27, 2014
