Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Class Reunion Weekend Sept 2014 I had a great stay for my class reunion weekend. I was surprised with an upgrade to a suite . . which was excellent as I had planned to invite class members or family to come and visit the challenge I found was the sofa bed in the room was not somthing more than one person could sit on. I mentioned it to staff a couple of times and it appeared it was repaired but was not. The other thing that would be good is having instructions for the fireplace and the garden jacuzzi tub as I could not figure out how to work either one. The trip was great . . with the exception of the sofa bed everything was wonderful in the room. Look forward to another trip to Kokomo in the spring. September 22, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, comfy beds. Hotel was nice, beds comfortable, clean. Our particular room was a suite, bathroom needed work, peeling paint above the shower area pretty bad. Pool was closed from what we assume was a health matter. Otherwise it was a nice stay. September 22, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff but mediocre breakfast Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff members were very friendly; however, the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was good and I was able to find nonfat Greek yogurt, but the bagels were quite stale--pretty much inedible unless toasted, leading me to mistrust the freshness of other items. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK for business The hotel although dated in acceptable for business travel. it is close to major Kokomo businesses as well as restaurants within walking distance. the gym could use some new equipment as the buttons are broken on the treadmill but it works with some manipulation. the Happy Hour is a nice touch and was well attended. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by complaints We have stayed at this motel three to four times a year for several years. The staff at the front desk have been wonderful. However, as the price has gone up there are items that have deteriorated. Our bathroom shower had lots of mold. The breakfast quality has gone down. There is only one luggage cart for the entire hotel and it usually has one or more flat tires which makes it hard to push. There are not enough tables for the size of the motel.. The channel selection for the TV is terrible. We have complained of these things before. Nothing has improved and the shower condition has gotten worse. The price has gone up. It is an expensive hotel. We are considering finding another motel in Kokomo when we visit that area again., August 28, 2014
