Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It was ok We were there for 2 nights. The first night the room next to us had their tv on all night just loud enough for us to hear. The second night we had slept in and left the room approx 10 am. When we arrived back to our room around 7pm the room had not been cleaned at all. My husband went down to the desk to complain and at least get some clean towels. He came up and changed the sheets and gave us fresh towels. December 18, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay during bad weather! We had plans to stay at this hotel on a Friday night as my husband was graduating on Saturday in Marion. We had a great stay. A huge snowstorm was coming in, and on Saturday we slid off the highway after graduation. We came straight back to this hotel and hoped to stay again. Terry was at the desk ( he was also there Friday when we checked in) he not only got us a room but upgraded us to a jacuzzi room because of our stressful day! Terry was a friendly face and much appreciated! Thanks for going above and beyond to make this stay memorable in more ways than just our fender bender! December 18, 2013
