Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Go to Logansport This is the first time I've stayed in this HIE in about 3 years. It's older now and not improved. Next time I have business in Kokomo, I'll stay at the HIE in Logansport; it's newer, cleaner, and better run. The bathroom in my room was marginal in its cleanliness and I can't be sure but one of the bottles in the bathroom had been used before. One thing I did appreciate was the TV remote was in a bag and had obviously been cleaned. Overall, I would not recommend this property. October 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay in Kokomo This hotel is attractive, clean, and well managed. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the pool was out of commission for most of our stay. October 16, 2014

Comfort, cleanliness, quality etc. Front desk staff could use a refresher course in customer service. Overall, the location was great, rooms quality excellent, building appearance terrific. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by OK, but nothing wonderful At the time this property was built it was probably above average. However, time has crept up on it and made it look a bit tired. With a remodel, it would easily be the best property in Kokomo. The facility is clean and the staff does a 9 out of 10 keeping it that way. I guess for what I paid for the room, I have stayed in much nicer properties. The breakfast was very average, but palatable. If you are staying in Kokomo, this property is as good as any other so I would stay again. October 1, 2014

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Adequate hotel The room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom floor tile needs to be replaced. Our room was next to the mechanical room and the noise kept my husband, who is a light sleeper, awake most of the night. We brought this to the attention of the staff at checkout so hopefully they will do something to insulate the room more. We might stay there again if we are in the area, but ask not to be assigned this room again. September 29, 2014
