Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by First Stay at HIE This was our first stay at a HIE and it exceeded our expatiations. The room was clean and comfortable with great beds and pillows. The morning breakfast was very good. You could tell that the the food was fresh and they did not use pre cooked entrees warmed up in a microwave.. The staff was friendly, courteous and cheerful. The only negative was that they were remodeling the hallways and had plastic down over the carpets that was a bit slippery. I will be staying at this HIE and others again in the future and recommend this facility to all travelers. PS: Our dog enjoyed his stay also! July 4, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by remodeling mess The overall expierence was not pleasant, the room was nice , the staff friendly ,however, the remodeling process leaves a lot to consider as far as safety of the customers is concerned . Someone in upper managmend should establish some procedures to follow for use of the motel while under renovations. July 2, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Under construction This hotel was under construction while I was visiting. However, you would never know that with the was the room was. The room was very clean and quiet. Never heard any noise from construction at all. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. The only down fall was the breakfast. When I was there, everything was basically gone already and nothing was restocked. Other than that, I enjoyed my brief stay and would go back! June 30, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great! I stay here every week for one night, for work. The staff is wonderful and accommodating and they all know me by name and address me so. Steven on the night shift/early morning shift is by far the best I have ever dealt with. He takes very good care of me and goes above and beyond with little things like letting me get some juice and snacks when I check out at 4:30am every Wed, even though the breakfast bar doesn't open for another hour or two. Sadly Steven had left for a while, and while he was gone I didn't get the same treatment, but I figured I was blessed for a while with him and getting what is not normally available due to my odd hours, so I didn't bother to ask his replacement for any special favors, but Steven is back now, and I couldn't be more grateful. The entire staff always takes care of me and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. The reward plan is great as well, I have used my points to get free hotel stays in other areas on personal trips. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfy room - just what we needed! We appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable room very much! We loved the oversized bathroom, and slept like babies on the comfy beds. The room was welcoming and very clean. The hallways are being remodeled, and we look forward to staying at this hotel again when the work is all finished. You'd never know there was remodeling going on once you were inside your room - everything was perfect. We especially liked the breakfast, and are happy we were able to enjoy that, as well. Your desk staff was so friendly, and treated us very well. They were so accommodating! June 25, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyed our stay but hotel was under costruction! The hotel was undergoing major construction. Out stay was ok under the circumstances, but was a little difficult. Staff was great, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Hotel should be great when the construction is complete. June 24, 2014
