Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Checking out I could not check out. The attendant was not at desk. I know it was very early 3:45am. But I saw a sign that stated will be back, but after waiting for ten minutes and calling out for service and got no response I called on my cell and I heard the attendant answer he was close but didn't respond to my voice until my call. And then he could not get the computer to print up my receipt which I need for my expense report. Which I still need to get a copy. November 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice job refurbishing I've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 4 years. The staff this time was very friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and they were able to give me the room I like (at the back of the hotel). They had updated the furnishings since I was there last and I like the updated appearance. The additional outlets made it much easier to recharge my phone. I use a CPAP machine and the location of the bedside stands with the additional outlets made using my machine MUCH easier than in the past. I did not bring my lap top with me this time, but , unlike many hotels that "advertise" internet access, I have at this hotel, in the past, had easy internet access from my room. Primary complaint is the poor lighting in the room, but then, all hotels have been lowering the light levels in the rooms. Sure wish they wouldn't do that. It is Holiday Inn quality, not the quality you would find at a more expensive hotel, but for the price, this is an excellent hotel. November 17, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Noisy Highway if the room face the wrong aide Good experience if you stay at the room away from the noisy Highway. I woke up earlier by the noise from the highway and hotel stuff change the room for me but not so lucky for my colleague because no more room available facing away from the highway. A bit surprise for the poor noise isolation of those Windows facing the noisy Highway. November 14, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service They are re modeling. We will come back to enjoy the new rooms. The staff made us very comfortable among the lots of movement. They gave us goodies and kept us constantly informed. They also moved us to a quitter area. The GM was very friendly and concerned for all the guest. He gave us 15% of coupon for our next stay and we will be back. November 7, 2014
