Employees make this hotel the cleanest, friendliest, most inviting HIE you'll ever visit. I actually took to the time to speak to the hotel manager to compliment him on how well he runs his hotel. You can see that the employees actually like working there. When you check in Nikki, Kelsey, or Brittany will always great you with the warmest smiles. I've yet to really speak with the lady in the mornings (rapid check out and I'm always running late) but as I leave she'll always wish me a good day in an honest voice. Even the maintenance guy is super friendly, always smiling. They say the key to a successful buisness is people, at this property, they have hit ot out the park. Avoid the crazy New Orleans hotels when doing buinsess there, it's just 20 minutes north and way, way quiter and easy to get in and out of. Book with confidence! And you may be lucky enough to meet Rocky the Raccoon who visits from time to time LOL!!

Staff was friendly. I was staying for week and they promised me at check in that I would be ungraded as soon as room became available . I never heard back one way or he other.

This property was attractive on the outside and super clean and updated on the inside! Housekeeping was outstanding. Staff very customer-oriented! Enjoyed our stay!

Came out Sunday night due to a Death of Family member was treated awful by the Customer service Rep Britney. Was Rude would not allow me to get room with cash . Did not have time to go to bank because of the emergency . So did not have enough money on card for the $15.00 deposit hold . There was not manager on site for me to speak at that time call Reservation a they spoke to Brittney she was screaming at her as well I would like to Thank Katelyn so......... Much for all nof her help she book room with my rewards points Thank God this was about 2:00am Monday morning . They Mrs. Caroline came in which I visit about once every month sometime twice She was awesome .She got me ac call back from Manger Eric which handled my issued . Thank You all for trying to make thing right . I realize everyone is not Customer service Material . I have been in the business for over 15 year and will never dream to treat anyone in that manner . God Bless You All... And for you Brittney I'm yet praying for you . I know God is Able .Be blessed my love

The room was more than we expected! Very clean and comfortable. The front desk associates was very helpful in suggesting touring sites and restaurants to visit.

My experience was short and sweet, we were passing through on our way to Georgia just to rest. The staff there are friendly and accommodating. The view of the Louisiana landscape of trees covered with moss, the bayou, and occasional visit from the local wildlife reminded me of the true essence of Louisiana, what has been affectionately known as Sportsman Paradise.
There's no Place like Home!
