All the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and went out of their way to friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and warm. I appreciated the choice of firm or soft pillows. The breakfast had a lot of choices of hot and cold entrees, juices, milk and coffees. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone. April 26, 2013
