Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Service was good and the room comfortable We appreciated being able to have a late check-in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was excellent. March 25, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good place to stay I really like this hotel, but the scrambled eggs were a bit runny March 24, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable stay We spent a night at this hotel en-route to Great Wolf Lodge and found this hotel top be excellent in value, clean, comfortable and was ideal in location. A lot of dining options nearby and service was great Definitely recommended and I will go back again next time we are in the area March 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great stay Very clean, friendly, great breakfast for the kids before a baseball tournament. March 11, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by The best staff! The Holiday Inn Express in Lacey, WA is an excellent place to stay. The Olympia/Lacey area does not offer much in terms of "nice" lodging. I've stayed at other properties in the area but I always return to this one. The staff is some of the best you will find in the hotel industry, period. They are consistently professional, friendly and willing to be of service. I know that I will get the same level of care from any shift of staff. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and friendly Great place to stay! Clean rooms and very convenient to business and dining areas. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nothing but Good Things Thanks for a great trip, I appreciate that I feel safe here and that your parking lot is well-lighted. No one ever makes me feel bad for asking for extra towels or shampoo here, which I appreciate very much. Whomever does the hiring here: you have done well. Your staff is excellent and genuinely friendly. March 9, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overpriced Suite I have stayed at this hotel several times for business. This time I stayed for pleasure, with my two kids. The staff as always is WONDERFUL, and I have nothing but praise for them. Seriously, they are great. The hotel, though, was full of rude, loud, pushy and inconsiderate parents of adorable baseball tournament players and I noticed the staff stayed professional and worked HARD to please these people. Good job, guys! Really, the baseball parents all were shouting in the lobby and at breakfast, in the parking lot and in the elevators as if they were out on the field at the bottom of the ninth with bases loaded. Indoor voices, people. But I guess you don't become champions by considering the feelings of others, right? ANYway, the staff was great given the appalling behavior they had to deal with. There was a big group of baseball parents in the lobby, hanging out with a box of Coors Light when we arrived. Nice. The room was very clean and comfy, not sure why the suite costs so much more than the regular room as it has all the same amenities just rearranged. But it was the last room, and so we took it. Jamal and Konrad were as friendly and professional as could be. The young man who was working the breakfast room surely deserves a raise, as he had to feed the vultures...and they were ravenous today. I would recommend this hotel to my mother and anyone else who enjoys a clean, safe place to sleep. Just don't pay extra for the "suite". March 9, 2015
