Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience Showed up to find that I was put into a handicap room. Having previously stayed in a handicap room and not liking the experience, I went to front desk to request a change. I was put from a King to a double room and not compensated for the difference. Also, being a Platinum Priority Club Member, I would have expected to be changed to another King room with no issues. February 5, 2013
