Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very disappointed We had stayed at this Holiday Inn before and had been ver satisfied to go back. When we arrived on Friday, we were not acknowledged as Platinum members and did not receive any type of benefit such as a "goodie" bag or room upgrade. On Saturday, we were out our 4 rooms by 9 am. When we returned at 3pm, our rooms were still not cleaned. I went to ask for towels and did receive them. We were back out the room by 5pm for dinner and did not return until about 8:30. The rooms were never cleaned or freshened up. October 23, 2014

Upon Arrival I noticed the hotel was in great condition for its age. I was welcomed by a great staff and felt very much at home. October 23, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Location, very nice staff We love Lafayette and were in town for a festival. We have stayed at this location several times. The common areas are nice, however the hallways had debris on the carpet. It did not look like it had been cleaned lately. The room was nice but there was an opportunity for improvement in attention to detail. The carpet in room 302 was torn by the entrance to the bathroom and it appeared that the bathroom floor had not been routinely cleaned. The bathtub needed attention and the toilet was wobbly.
