Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very accommodating! Hotel overall was good. Some people at the reception desk did not know how to book the rooms. We had a block of rooms for a special rate. When I called to correct their mistakes, they created worse ones because they didn't know how to delete correctly from the reservation window. Kayla, after my arrival, was able to correct their mistakes so arriving guests signed in correctly. We had over 20 rooms. November 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor customer service. Poor customer service. No attention to detail followed. Clerks do not understand terms of accommodations to be followed. Invoice is always wrong. When making reservation I always have to explain myself over and over again. Visits to hotel once a month. They have information/billing/tax exempt on file. They need better training and understanding of how to book a room. Hate to call for a reservation because I know there will always be a problem. November 14, 2014
