Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by expirience last week Shirt was missing, room was very humid. TV remote missing and TV would not power up. All were resolved by staff with the ecaption of missing shirt. Staff never resolved this matter or got back with me about it. September 21, 2015

Terrific customer service; even housekeeping staff are delightful. Super easy access to I-10. You will not be disappointed if you need a great place to get off the road and sleep well. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Handicap Rooms Staff who answered the phone had no idea where the hotel was located. Room was hot. People who travel and are handicapped seldom travel alone. A roll or walk in shower does not mean there should only be one king size bed in the room. Two regular sized beds would fit and still allow for a wheel chair to move around, take out the lounge chair. Most people who use walkers need a walk in/roll in shower and need a bed of their own. I was disappointed in Holiday Inn 4 times on this trip by rooms provided for handicapped individuals. September 20, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Staff! I was greeted by Carmen at check-in. I was impressed with how she relayed the hotel rules and accommodations, while maintaining a pleasant smile and eye contact. Along the way to my room, I was also greeted with a welcoming hello from Brigitte. Quality staff, and well kept accommodations are key factors in determining where I make lodging arrangements away from home. I will continue to stay at this hotel in the future. September 18, 2015
