Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Lost Item I left my camera charger plugged in, in the bathroom, when I checked-out. I called the hotel the next day and they said they would check on it. I gave them my cell number but they never returned my call. I think their customer service stinks. I find it amazing that things like my camera charger just 'disappear' when I know for a fact it was there. I am a Platinum Priority Club member and have been for years. I think these are the type of incidents that drive customers away. March 1, 2013

I love this property and feel this place like my other home, because some times I have to stay the entire week. They have a Great service, good food, is located in a nice area, alway's clean rooms and the managment always do everything for me to make sure I have the best experience posible! Some times I use the meeting rooms to bring all my employees for training and the staff of this hotel do the best every single time! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO FOR ME IN THE LAS 3 YEARS! This time the front desk called us, once we were in in the room, to ask how everything was. We really appreciated this call. Which should happen every time. Tigard had a water problem so we were offered bottled water but couldn't use ice and didn't feel comfortable asking for more water so we went to the little market by Chevron and bought both. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Handicapped room inadequate If you are needing a room for a handicapped person I would not recommend this hotel. The room was so crowded with two beds and other furniture you could barely get a wheelchair around the bed. It would of been much better designed if there was only one queen bed in there. This room had a sink outside of the bathroom which was nice but it was situated so close to the second bed that the wheelchair was not able to get in there to use the sink nor get to the closet which was right beside the sink. Very poorly designed for handicapped persons in wheelchairs or walkers. The bathroom was smaller than it should have been. The door to the bathroom opened towards you and if you were in a wheelchair or walker you had difficulty getting around it to get into the bathroom. Overall the food and service was nice but poor design on the handicapped room October 19, 2012
