Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful hotel Our problem was that the room that was offered was having a problem with the key card -- after much discussion we were moved to another location -- hotel appeared to be mostly empty but we were given a room at the end of the hall on the first floor near the ice machine and door out to the pool -- VERY NOISY! The only specific criticism that we had is that on Sunday afternoon when we were watching NCAA playoffs, NBC quit working, Comcast told the front desk it was a "network issue" which was a total lie because our friends in town were watching the games. I pointed this out but on one seemed to care and we were not given even a small monetary credit for this major inconvenience. The 84 year old lady who works part time in the breakfast service is a delightful person and she showed the greatest respect for everyone. Reminded me of everyone's grandmother. April 8, 2013

Great night sleep, Room was impeccably clean. This is one of the best Holiday Inn Express Hotels out there. I can understand why they have 3 trophies at the front desk. The ENTIRE staff is very customer service oriented. I cannot wait to come back and enjoy this little quaint town. Everywhere you look is another beautiful lake. You need to stay here!!! April 8, 2013
